Bracera is the oldest restaurant in Zaostrog and beyond, it is founded back in 1983. There you can taste a wide range of Dalmatian-Mediterranean cuisine, as well as a variety of others. We can be proud of our local olive oil and our wine that we offer, am
Overall good quality. We had fish cbus, tuna steak and few beers also white wine which was delicious.
Nice family owned restaurant between Zaostrog and Podaca on the Makarska Riviera, located within the Autocamp Uvala Borova, wide range of food and beverages! Dog friendly :) Looking forward for your visit!
We went there to have lunch, it was fast, the waiter was nice, and the food good. We took two pizzas, pasta, hamburger and a plate of fish, the plate of fish was a very good choice that I really recommend (even for 3)

50 years old restaurant with family tradition located on seashore with excellent sea view and terrace. Open from June, 1st, until October, 1st, during season.
This month I've visited picturequest place Zaostrog where I spent 10 days with my family, it is a lovely little town where we found lots of amazing sights, but what I personally found the best was this little restaurant Adriatik with excellent food, everything home and freshly made. We tried almost everything from their Menu, and couldn't believe how much we liked everything. Staff is very friendly, the service is quick, you can speak to them in English, they speak surprinsigly well foreign languages. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone seeking good food and comfort!!

We come to Croatia every year. However, first time we decided to try this little restaurant. Restaurant is very, very cute. However, food.... attitude...not so great. I ordered grilled vegetables. What I got, was 8 slices of grilled zucchini. Grilled meat platter....no taste what so ever. Lady never smiled once. We wouldn't go again.

After arriving on the ferry, we found this small quaint restaurant not far from the dock. Nice menu. Chose the pasta starter followed by a house salad and a chicken entree served on skewers accompanied by a side of potatoes. Nice service on the beach!

After reading the excellent reviews we were looking forward to an evening at this restaurant. There were 6 of us in our party. Across the board it was average: service, food and ambiance .Above average price for Gradac but as expected.Dear Duncan and Bev,We appreciate you taking time out of your life to write a review about our restaurant. We at the Nicolo Polo team do not strive to be average, so we hope if you are in the area again you come and visit us, so we can prove to you that we are well above average. V/R

A group of 6 visited Gradac in Sept. 2018 and found this by far the best restaurant in Gradac. Food was a very good quality and the service from the waitress was excellent. We ate in the full range of restaurants for lunch and dinner over 6 days. This was the one which was well worth a second visit.

We went into a little bar in Vrgorac in search of lunch - but no food was served there. Although he spoke no English a lovely young man led us down an unsealed road to a modern, unimposing building where he left us with the most cheerful, helpful, English-speaking waiter whose name is unpronouncable! We were the only customers, and he cheerfully set us up at a table on the balcony with a lovely view over the rugged countryside up to the fortress (which he told us dated to the Turkish empire). Our lunch was simple, unsophisticated food - and absolutely delicious. The BEST eye fillets (about 300 grams each) served very rare but of such quality you could cut it with a fork! A delicious mixed grill too. Local beers, good wine of the house, and excellent home baked bread to soak up the delicious mushroom gravy. A hugely enjoyable meal - served by a guy with great good humour and generosity. I would absolutely urge you to look for this restaurant even though it's a bit hard to find.
