Asha Boutique Hotel is a charmingly small, intimate and exclusive beach lodge in Diani. It is lapped by the waters of the Indian Ocean. It features six spacious Swahili-styled rooms clustered around a central pool and overlooking the silver-white sands of Diani Beach. Asha Boutique Hotel entrance is over a lily pond and stands amid exquisite tropical gardens.
I chose Asha Boutique Hotel from the online reviews. However what I saw and experienced was beyond my expectations. It had everything to make this holiday one to remember and return back. Starting with Jeff who arranged a taxi pick up. Jeff shared a touching story regarding the origin of the name of the hotel. All the staff are exceptional who look after all the comforts. The rooms are tastefully decorated, reminded me of Zanzibar. The Bed was very comfortable. The room had many windows to let the breeze in. The beach is only steps away. Being a solo traveller, I felt safe here. Asha Bistro offers delicious a la carte choices, including the ones I sampled: Ugali and spinach, chicken curry, grilled fish and pumpkin soup.

Unashamedly romantic and beautifully styled, Elsa’s Kopje is sculpted into Mughwango Hill, above the site of George Adamson’s original camp where he raised and released orphan lions, long before conservation became fashionable. Each cottage is crafted around the rocks, with a large bedroom, open sitting room, veranda and spacious bathroom, each with breathtaking views. Guests can enjoy inimitable seclusion in the vast expanse of Elsa’s Kopje, boasting 870km² , the equivalent of 215,000 acres, of authentic African landscape. The park offers a thriving rhino sanctuary, and is famous for large elephant herds, hippo, lion, and birdlife; Meru National Park is recognised as having more diversity of animal species than any other park in East Africa.

Severine cottages are located in the affluent green suburbs of Karen, Nairobi. The cottage homes have a creative fusion of the Nordic wood and Swahili culture. There are 4 cottages, each with two bedrooms, loft to sleep more guests, bathroom, kitchen and large terrace, private generous garden equipped safari garden furniture as well as a shared restaurant, bar and lounge. We are tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Nairobi capital, but close enough that the Central Business District is only half an hour away by taxi. Every chalet is fitted with a modern kitchen fully fitted with basic kitchenware and storage space. Our wooden, clean finish and well-polished open kitchen counter provide a good place for eating meals or having conversations. There is an array of things to do and see close by. These include restaurants, local markets, animal parks and shopping centres.
We enjoyed every bit of Severine. The cottages are amazing. A five star hide-away indeed! we were celebrating my wifes's birthday and the staff made it so special by setting up amazing decor and dinner for us with our daughter. We really had so much fun. Herman the manager is so friendly. Millie too. They made our stay unforgettable.

Poised on a rocky kopje, the Loisaba Star Beds command sweeping views over an undulating valley and a permanent waterhole, frequented by resident wildlife. Handcrafted four-poster wooden beds sit on raised wooden platforms jutting out from a thatched-roof accommodation and are rolled out each night for guests to enjoy the most memorable sleep under the endless African sky.
Our visit to Loisaba Star Beds was just out of this world. Loved the rustique luxury set up. The food was just out of this world and they catered for all our meal requirements i.e. vegetarian and gluten free meals. The experience of sleeping under the stars is a MUST for anyone who wants a different safari experience in Kenya. Loisaba is more about the activities such as bush walks and others rather than the game drives. Our guide Solomon was so knowledgeable about the area and animal behaviour. We saw very many different species of animals include the 4 cats i.e. Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs and the African Wild Cat. The hospitality of the team at the camp was at another level. Kudos to them. We will definitely recommend this property as part of our itineraries.

Situated in Diani Beach only 35 kilometers from Mombasa international airport, next to Diani shopping center, five minutes walk from Barclays bank and shopping center. Surrounded by its own beautiful gardens, Coral beach cottages stands on an elevated view onto the Indian Ocean. It is sheltered by coconut palms and indigenous trees. The natural environment and the hospitality create an atmosphere of a home away from home.
We had an amazing time here. Friendly staff, ready to help even with the smallest things. Has an amazing view due to it's sea front location. A little improvement on the rooms could go a long way though. Some of the furniture is quite ancient, some of the fans not working and the windows were not so clean.

Itibo is a treasure in Kisii. During our 4 days here, many rooms, over 10 people on our team, the compliments about the dynamic atmosphere, the savory food, and the great accommodations abound! Rooms clean & secure, beds comfortable, rooms had hit water and some of them a included fans. Cleaning was done daily as well as re-stocking, and the staff was so incredibly accommodating and helpful with organizing quick meals and early breakfast due to leaving the resort earlier than normal for a conference we were hosting. We had a different number of people on the team each night, so different beds, needs, etc; it would have been a challenge for anyone, but at the end, the accounting was accurate! They offered to wash clothes, and carry out additional duties to assist us. It was just a wonderful experience. The owner, Mr. Ruben, even took time to greet us personally, with a very kind and gentle demeanor which made all feel very welcome.

We are a beachfront property on the beautiful Turtle Bay of Watamu. We offer 1, 2 or 3 bedroom cottages on self-catering basis. Our friendly staff will make your stay seamless. Free WiFi. 24 hour security. Peaceful. Beautiful plot with trees and nature at your door stop. Small piece of Paradise.
We were fortunate enough to stay here for six weeks in the summer. It was an amazing break. Metres away from the beach, clear blue waters and clean sand. We went snorkelling most days. Benjamin really looked out for us and nothing was too much trouble. After a while the monkeys do become a pain so be sure to take a slingshot to scare them away! Top tip…keep the kitchen door and windows closed! The ants were also bothersome so be prepared!

We look forward to hosting you.
This was my second visit to this facility , the first i had brought a a group for a training for a number of days and this last one was a quick stay while doing a consultancy in Naivasha. I love the cleanliness around the hotel, the quite neighbourhood and friendly staffs. A very good budget facility for those on short assignments in Naivasha. One key area for improvement is having ramps leading to rooms for those with disabilities and ensuring that they use non-slippery tiles at the doors since during rainy season, the slippery tiles can be a disaster for someone using mobility aids for their movements into and out of the rooms. It is hard to get into the rooms if you are a wheelchair user

The stay was pleasant, although the cottage felt dusty & slightly unclean and old fashioned. The golf course is nice but unfortunately you have to pay extra for all the activities including swimming so except for walks there is not much for kids to do. Be aware of the mosquitos!
