In Seattle you simply can’t skip the Central Public Library – a modern architectural marvel of glass grids, unusual shapes, and a “book spiral” that climbs four stories. Stroll over to Pike Place Market to visit the original Starbucks and play catch with a fishmonger. In the heart of the city lies Chihuly Garden and Glass, which will dazzle you with its colorful and delicate works. Glide to the top of the Space Needle for panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges and Puget Sound.

Join us to learn how to cook the bounties of the Pacific Northwest... The French way. Muriel-Marguerite, founder and owner of a renowned Paris cooking school for 10 years will be your host and teacher for a fun and hands-on cooking class, alone or with friends, family or teammates... Classes are taught at Seattle Pike place market, in downtown Bellevue or at private locations.
Muriel is a lovely hostess, and wonderful instructor. My sister and I took the Macarons class. Macarons are something I've always wanted to make, but too intimidated to try. Armed with Muriel's guidance, I'm excited to try these on my own!

If you’re in Seattle, and if you’re interested in learning to cook Thai, this is the place. Our host was gracious, patient, and an excellent teacher. We selected a menu before hand, and then we prepared the menu, enjoying each course as it was completed. Along the way, we learned the tips to successful Thai cooking. Also, as beginners to cooking classes, we were happy to be taught how to simply and to practically prepare delicious and exotic food. We also enjoyed the Chef’s company, knowledge, and sharing of her heritage with us. It was a delightful class. We highly recommend it.
