Well COVID was in danger of Kiboshing my daughter Alices birthday. However our day spent with Mikey and Mark our chefs at a one day cookery class at the Manoir pulled triumph out of the jaws of defeat. We were treated like royalty and were privileged to receive such great tuition and culinary encouragement. Absolutely brilliant experience and I am one extremely grateful parent.

I've had two courses at this school so far - pâtisserie and tapas. These courses are quite social : working together with the 7,8 others on a half dozen dishes, and learning from, being supported by real top class chefs. And eating together after : it's a great experience. Personally, they've seriously improved my skills. I've been cooking many patisserie dishes over the following months, and will do on the tapas. Looking forward to pasta in a few months, in their new venue!
