Shiso Kitchen

My girlfriend and I just took our first class at Shiso Kitchen, and we can't wait to go back. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable - she gave us tons of great tips throughout the class, and was willing to answer any questions we had around ingredients, styles, and personal preferences. We learned a lot, had a ton of fun, and the food was delicious.

I learned so much from Helen’s online pasta class I immediately signed up for her pie class. I learned more in her online class than in other chef’s face to face class. Well worth the money and you will be able to duplicate the recipes right every time. I have never been successful making pasta in the past and now I plan to make it weekly.

Vegetarian cooking on Saturday and Flatbreads on Sunday were both fantastic. The workshop was taught by Rosie who is in charge of the educational program. She is a wonderful teacher. I am an experienced cook but was dazzled by the new things that I learned. The space is fantastic!

We recently took a cooking class at Professor Chef, and we attended with two other couples. The entire experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is interested in learning while also getting the opportunity to eat some amazing food. One of the best things about the class was how casual it was and how both of the chefs (Melinda and Phil) have a plethora of knowledge between them. Even though we were cooking Asian food, they were able to give us tips on many different things, even how to bring our holiday dessert recipes to the next level. The price is also unbeatable. You are eating great food, while only paying a few dollars more to learn from two chefs with four degrees between them. They also kept their masks on the entire time, so everyone felt safe. My friends and I will definitely be returning for another class. Thank you Melinda and Phil!
