My girlfriend and I just took our first class at Shiso Kitchen, and we can't wait to go back. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable - she gave us tons of great tips throughout the class, and was willing to answer any questions we had around ingredients, styles, and personal preferences. We learned a lot, had a ton of fun, and the food was delicious.

We teach hands-on cooking and baking classes for enthusiastic home cooks. Topics include: knife skills, fish, meat, vegetables, beans & grains, sushi, pies & tarts, French pastry, pizza, eggs, grilling, and many more. We also host cooking parties for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate team building, and any special events.
I learned so much from Helen’s online pasta class I immediately signed up for her pie class. I learned more in her online class than in other chef’s face to face class. Well worth the money and you will be able to duplicate the recipes right every time. I have never been successful making pasta in the past and now I plan to make it weekly.

Part classroom, part playground, all kitchen, Christopher Kimball's Milk Street Cooking School is where you'll learn to transform your home cooking. Our school offers a one-of-a-kind learning experience at the set of Christopher Kimball's Milk Street TV show, development kitchen, and editorial office. Even though we're experts, we remember what it's like to learn something new. Christopher Kimball's Milk Street in downtown Boston is home to our editorial offices and cooking school. It also is where we record Christopher Kimball's Milk Street television and radio shows. Milk Street is changing how we cook by searching the world for bold, simple recipes and techniques. Adapted and tested for home cooks everywhere, these lessons are the backbone of what we call the new home cooking.
Vegetarian cooking on Saturday and Flatbreads on Sunday were both fantastic. The workshop was taught by Rosie who is in charge of the educational program. She is a wonderful teacher. I am an experienced cook but was dazzled by the new things that I learned. The space is fantastic!
