Well organised cooking class making a range of dishes, you get to choose from a selection for each course, all explained by great chefs. All the dishes were fun to make and we got to play with a real wok burner and produce some spectacular flames! All the dishes were really tasty and authentic just too much to eat. At the end you get a certificate and a good cookbook you can follow at home. Great fun afternoon

Absolutely loved every second of our Thai cooking class with the delightful host, Heng. From the off, as Heng collected us from our hotel, we were entertained. We never stopped laughing all the evening... The food we made was delicious, with a great range of dishes to choose from. (We made 7 things in total, including 2 sweet dishes) Very informative about the Thai produce and ingredients too. The whole staff team were at hand for support, offering us drinks when we needed and handing us all the ingredients we needed. We were in a small group of 6, which was a great experience. I would highly reccomend this class to anyone wanting an authentic Thai cooking experience. What’s more we can try all the recipes at home as we were handed a recipe book with all the ingredients we made and more... Thanks Heng and all the team!!! ????????

Absolutely loved this experience, it went beyond our expectations! They picked us up at the hotel, drove us to a quaint open kitchen surrounded by a beautiful garden and let us select several Thai dishes to cook. Our master chef took time to explain to us all of the ingredients and go through the recipes and guide us through the chopping and actual cooking. Everything tasted delicious! Make sure you go hungry as there is a lot of food. By the end of the course you get a recipe book to take home. Do not miss out on this experience!!

Phueng is a great teacher, explains everything clearly and patiently and the food tasted amazing. You learn all the food prep and do the cooking and you get a workbook to take home so you can make the meals at home. Loved this place - totally recommend their cookery course

Great class. A lot of the more mundane prep work (dicing chicken, steaming rice, chopping cabbage, etc.) is already done in advance by Chef Ho and his team, meaning that guests can maximize their time during the class and focus on the combinations of flavors, preparations of pastes/spices, and really learn about the fundamentals of Thai cooking. Every aspect of every dish was explained clearly. We cooked 6 delicious dishes and Chef Ho emailed all the recipes to us afterwards. Fabulous evening and we learned a lot!

Best spicey prawn soup and papaya salad ever hadand yammy curry. So nice to learn how to make curry past from scratch.

This was an amazing cooking class. Mr Chef was very welcoming and patient and answered all our questions about the dishes and ingredients and helped me make vegetarian versions of some dishes. I cooked everything from scratch for a pad Thai, red curry and spring rolls. The place was very clean and organised. The food we cooked was delicious- the only difficulty was attempting to eat it all! I can’t wait to try to cook the dishes at home. Thanks again Mr Chef. Hope to come back one day!
