This place reminded me of the serious mixologist we see back in Oakland. They take cocktails seriously and unique blends of flavors and a beautiful presentation is the goal. The staff were overly friendly and offered recommendations that served us well in the neighborhood. For a great drink come pay them a visit.

Wow. One of best lunch meals Iâve had in a long time. We shared four plates plus dessert - really great range of regional cuisines. And for the food, was fairly reasonable (about 50US)

What a nice surprise in finding this restaurant! This was our fav meal in Lima. The food is artistry on the plate, coupled with a cozy, bohemian ambiance and nice music. The whole evening was delightful, including the service. Ceviche, yes! Locally sourced and delicious. I forget the name of this desert, but show the picture and make sure you get it!

When in Peru use Trip Advisor! This restaurant was very easy to find thank goodness! We just arrived from Cusco and we were famished.For appetizers we had bruschetta (delicious!) and calamari (Absolutely one of the best weâve ever had! Crispy outside and moist inside!)For drinks we had pisco sour and other drink (sorry I forgot the names)For our entrees we had rigatoni, ravioli, beef with pasta and fried Cui! Everything we ordered was so delicious! Surprisingly we really enjoyed the Cui! EXCELLENT!!!!! Our first time having fried Cui. It tasted like Popeyes Chicken!We finished everything we didnât have space for dessert ââï¸HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rigoletto Lima!!!!!

Bistro 400 has a trendy modern look, both in terms of its decor and food. The Amazonian paella was tasty, especially the accompanying hot sauce. Desserts include traditional Peruvian ingredients and are beautifully presented. Amazing atmosphere with great view of the ocean, colorful and full of details that make you live a true peruvian experience: the materials, the textures and architecture make a difference. The attention is suberb and the food is out of this world. Five stars all the way.

I had a bad experience here in 2017.However, I gave it a 2nd chance in Aug'19 and had a 5/5 experience.A special thanks to the head waitress - Janini - who speaks excellent English.I had three different cocktails. All three were excellent! Especially "be my tiki".Food was also very good.I recommend for good ambience, good service, good cocktails - exciting menu.Will I return? YES!!!Note - Its not cheap. Came back after a while to Cala. The place is just in front of the sea, fantastic place. Food is really good and good service. Really fresh sea food and a good choice of other dishes.
