Worst hotel ever!!
Reviewed By londonw931This was the WORST hotel I ever stayed at the room doesn’t look like the website, the beds are so hard you can’t sleep and they have cockroaches!! I stayed in 2 different rooms and they both had roaches. The manager Esperanza didn’t seem to care she was more concerned about money and not have to refund it. Don’t stay here find somewhere else, RUN!!

Reviewed By Kbf98520They charged me an additional 120.00 when I checked out. The breakfasts were barely fit to eat and were charged after the 50.00 fee. Hot water was intermittent at best, We were charged additionally for my fiancé’s two young girls the last night and they were forced to sleep on a couch because the other bedrooms and bathroom doors were locked. Water pressure was a trickle in the one lavatory that was open, bed was terrible, air conditioning was barely adequate, WiFi was intermittent at best. I travel to Palmyra often and I will NEVER stay in this hotel again

Reviewed By Konrad MHotel is not the most luxurious but a good value for the price. Also, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is execellent as its located just a 3 minute walk from the main street with many restaurants and bars.

Reviewed By Maria DService was good, hotel was really clean, breakfast not much options but what it has it completes a really good breakfast, location is far for what I needed but regret moving to another hotel. Employees always open to assist as needed. El servicio muy bueno, hotel muy limpio, desayuno no mucha variedad pero lo que tenia era suficiente para completar un buen desayuno, locación estaba lejos para lo que necesitaba pero me arrepentí haberme movido a otro hotel. Empleados siempre disponibles a ayudar como fuera necesario.
