Nice, big clean appartments at a good price
Reviewed By Ziggy-SLOApartment was big, well equiped and with a big balcony. Location is not bad - near the center of the city, Tennis Arena and about 5 min walk from the sea. Parking is free and wi-fi worked. It was early season and so balcony was a little dusty from the winter and some window blockers needed fixing. But nothing too bad, we were happy with the room and our stay.

Reviewed By Lea LVery nice place and pool. No welcome from the owners. The owners were checking on us all the time and there was almost no privacy. Their behavior towards us (younger people) wasn't so good, they were threating us with police when we didn't even make a lot of noise. Not recommended for young people.

Apartment and room complex 2km from City Umag. Located 200meters from the sea. We offer fully equipped apartments with A/C, LCD tv, pool with deck chairs, free bycicles. All that with reception always open to recommend most interesting things to see and taste.
Nice apartment in a beautiful surroundings

The beach was in a walking distance, rocky, natural (no benches to rest) and clean water. Nice to be able to borrow bikes to check out the surrounding and visit the nearby town; Umag. The hosts were nice and helpful. The Wifi is only at the pool site, would bei nice to have it everywhere. The pool is small and cosy, but many apartments sharing the benches, so you have to be early to get one. Would recommend a visit to the restaurant nearby; Zlatna Vala.

Reviewed By Getaway696399Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in un monolocale totalmente ristrutturato ben arredato e soprattutto pulitissimo, la cucina ha tutto il necessario per poter preparare un pranzo...la stanza è dotata di aria condizionata ed il bagno è davvero molto spazioso. La struttura è vicina alle principali spiagge..raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi...il giardino della struttura è davvero curato è presente anche una piscina e una jacuzzi!!!! un vero relax...ci tornerei sicuramente!

Excellent accommodation
Reviewed By LuciaSudovaWe come here often for our summer holidays. It is great place to stay, for shorter or longer period. Very warm family service. We use 2 room app, with 2 double- beds, sofa, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and glass-ceramic cooker, also all basic dishes and tools. Nice furniture and bathroom, too. Large windows, big terrace with stunning seaview, few steps from the beach. Nearby beach bar serves icecream, drinks alcoholic and nonalcoholic. It is a quiet place, not crowded with tourists. Perfect for walks, swimming, nearby seafood or pizza restaurants. In the village there is a small bakery kiosk and vegetable/fruit kiosk and info agency where you can book different attractions. It is few kilometers from Umag or Novigrad. You can ask owner Alen for recommendations what to do around if you like more activities - he advised us great fishing, scuba diving, trip to Venezia by boat, restaurants, winemakers.

Reviewed By 126du_anpVery close to the beach. Tourist guide very friendly. Bar under the apartments. Nice and warm sea. Very close to the city of Umag. Nice to going on a walk by the sea. Free parking just beside the house of apartments. Very close to the Slovenian border.

La casa è abbastanza vecchierella ma è arredata bene, l'appartamento che ci ha proposto era pulito e assolutamente in ordine e accogliente. Non mancava nulla. A un chilometro dal centro storico. Unica cosa da dire è che spesso si sentivano rumori per via delle tubature vecchie ma direi che è del tutto trascurabile. C'è un giardino enorme e il parcheggio interno. Ci sono due cani bellissimi e bravissimi ad accogliervi!

Reviewed By Amer1976Perfectly designed apartments with great interior, very spacious terraces and really nice view...The pool is really nice and is perfect for kids. A lot of restaurants close to Rocca Riviera. The very famous aqua park (Istralandia) is just 20 minutes away. You can park your bicycle there. Seaside is just 5 minutes away by foot. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Unpleasent place
Reviewed By blazicdijanaFive of us rented this apartment for two nights. A friend of ours who had accommodation in another facility arrived with us. He helped us to carry a luggage and came to visit us. It did not last for more than an hour and he did not use anything in that apartment, even the toilet, and he did not come in at night. We were not noisy, and we all stayed very briefly in the apartment. Namely, we participated in the halfmarathon Istrian Wine Run and second day almost none of us were in the apartment. But the landlady was extremely hostile, unfriendly. She said she did not wont to see him in the facility. I really do not understand that it is forbidden to have someone come to visit. If it is forbidden it should be written in the offer of this apartment. Before we left the appartment, and before the passports were returned, the landlady looked in a very pronounced and indiscreet way to see if something was missing in the apartment. I was very unhappy as I stood and waited for Mrs. to examine the bulbs in the lamps, the bedding, count the glasses, the cups, the covers .... terrible. I am a serious woman (53 years), I travel a lot and I have been to many countries, in Croatia and almost all countries of Europe, and I have been in apartments, hostels and hotels and have never experienced such unpleasantness anywhere.
