Reviewed By KairitBWhat a fab find. Fab location , food shop Solarise near by and the main square. between 2 tram stops. and walking distance to everything. apartment was clean, nice bed pillows. It was warm and cosy. kitchen small but all you need. Electricity blew one day when I plugged something in but was fixed within hour. there is a lady downstairs if you need anything. Would definitely book again.

Property facilities description (rooms, beds, kitchen etc.): Each our apartment has 2 big comfortable beds - one of them can be transformed to a cozy sofa to enjoy resting and viewing wonderful Old Town view on it. These modern city central apartments are on the 5th floor. Apartments have wooden floors, large windows and balcony facing the Tallinn Old Town and City center. Kitchens are fully equipped with all the kitchenware needed and also has dishwasher and an oven. Apartments have free Wi-fi for our customers and new Smart - TV's.
A great looking place with some downsides.
Reviewed By mariaalikI'd give 3 1/2 stars - the rooms were stylishly decorated and spacious and I had an amazing view over the old town of Tallinn. The 24-hour reception is great and the staff was friendly. The location was pretty good - close to Rotermann, between the harbor and the old town. However, I felt the cleaning could have been better: there was previous guest's half-full water cup in the bathroom and the cup you keep your tooth brush looked dirty. I could see finger prints all over the door handles and the doors. You'd hope that during these times, they would pay extra attention to cleaning. Also, the apartment building is located next to big roads so you could hear the traffic in quite clearly which bothered my sleep even though I had earplugs on. That is a big minus for me personally. The bed was comfortable though.

I booked the split level apartment for my stay and could not have been happier with my choice. It was the perfect blend of style and function - so much better than a hotel room. The staff was friendly and professional and the location was close to everything (dining, shopping and entertainment). The full kitchen allowed me to choose between dining out of whipping up a quick meal at the end of a long work day. I quickly made this place my home away from home. I will be back!!!

Reviewed By Kaisu LOur accommodation was a small apartment at Pikk street. The place had a strip club below it. Club is open all night till 6am at weekdays and till 8am at weekends. The music played really loud and we could hear everything, even speaking, to the apartment. It was kinda hilarious listening to girls slapping their butts but as you can guess, we did not sleep at all. The place is a nightmare if you want to sleep at your accommodation. Only positive thing I can think of, is that the apartment had a very nice clean toilet.

All apartments have flexible keyless entrance, are covered with free high speed Wi-Fi internet, have air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and flat screen TV in the living room. All apartments have high quality soft matresses and bedlinen in every bed, soft towels, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. All apartments have hair dryers, more than half of the apartments have washing machine-dryers. We have closed backyard with seating area to relax and a playground for the children to enjoy the outdoors and free parking is available in the backyard.

Reviewed By AlliumsativumExcellent place for people travelling with car. For pedestrians this is tad far from down town. Our attic apartment was cosy, roomy and very clean. They also have air conditioning which no dout is needed here in summertime. The fenced parking place was big enough for everyone. Nice place indeed.

A good stay
Reviewed By Irena RThe hotel is quite basic, but the room was clean and tidy, quite large. The beds were comfortable. However, what we didn't like was the fact that it was cold in the bathroom, the shower area is uncomfortable - I tried washing my hair without getting into the shower and half of the bathroom floor got flooded because the shower is not enclosed. Moreover, the water jet from the shower head was very weak. There was no hairdryer. We left very early in the morning and didn't have breakfast here so I can't say anything about dining facilities there.

Location is near everything, between city center and harbor. No need for keys. Good system , only numeric codes for entrance!?

good accomodation for a good price
Reviewed By magicwoman82I stayed in one of the appartments for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen came in very handy (supermarket close by) and it wasnt that far to walk into the old town. The host was very friendly as well. The only downside was that my appartment (no 1) was facing a very busy street with a tram line that made the place shake every now and then. Its noisy and you will need earplugs. Apart from that I do recommend this place.
