Encompassing two of the Netherlands’ three largest cities (Rotterdam and The Hague), Zuid-Holland (South Holland) is also home to important towns like Leiden, Gouda and Delft. And many lovely smaller towns dot the gorgeous green landscape. Alphen aan den Rijn has several interesting attractions, including Dutch history theme park Archeon. Picturesque Kinderdijk, birthplace of the legend of the Cat and the Cradle, also has many windmills that together are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

PREMIER SUITES PLUS Rotterdam are serviced apartments located in the city centre of Rotterdam, just opposite the Central Station. We offer 104 brand new One Bedrooms Apartments and Superior One Bedroom Apartments with Sofa Bed. All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, deluxe bathrooms with power shower and a flat screen TV in both sleeping and living area.
Great stay. While we only stayed for one night, this would be a great spot for a much longer stay as well. The staff was great and the room was plenty larger for a family (with fold-out sofa). The location couldn’t be more central. WiFi was fast and everything clean.

The suite was perfect for my father and me when we came to the Hague to attend a funeral. Mirjam and her team were incredibly helpful, understanding and professional at this difficult time. I warmly recommend this hotel.

Room itself was fine, good location. Didn't like the bed. Kitchen was unusable first day due to lack of usable pans and knifes, those present were small, scratched and rusty. Took them way too long to send up replacements, brought by rude annoyed staff. They changed outside access key without informing existing guests. At checkout staff did not care about my bad experiences. Clear that this hotel does not value the comfort of their guests, they just want to make as much money possible with as little effort.

You could call Urban Residences a hotel. But by no means an ordinary hotel, rather a hotel of its own order. We have no rooms, but penthouses, apartments and studios. All of them spacious, luxuriously furnished and equipped with many amenities. Check out the interiors and views on our website and then try again not to book. When may we welcome you for a well deserved holiday or weekend away? Near Urban Residences Rotterdam The famous shopping streets of Rotterdam such as ‘De Koopgoot” as the locals call it and De Lijnbaan are right at your feet. De architectural renowned Markthal, Witte de Withstraat en De Meent are ideal for lunch, drinks and dinner. All of these streets are within walking distance of Urban Residences Rotterdam. If you want to do want some home cooking, that’s no problem. You don’t have to look far for a supermarket. Supermarket Albert Heijn is just a 3-minute walk away. There are also plenty of public transport options in the immediate vicinity.
Obviously a perfect location. And the studios are quite spacious. However, the studio is quite tired: the doors are damaged, in the bathroom the cabinet is cracked, the walls are dirty with stripes of dirt, the windows are dirty. And in general the cleanness is sub par For this price point I expect something better. Not recommend.

The sympathetic owner and staff did everything more than right. You feel at home instantly. For me, they have set a new benchmark and the truth is, when you travel a lot, you know what counts, as said of the owner, true for me, I believe, too. Not only are rooms welcoming and stylish, you are met with respect. Wine, prosecco, other drinks, are abundantly available in good quality in the room - you just fill the 'honesty' tab yourself. A well equipped kitchenette would cater for your short and long term stay. Another highlight is the breakfast: Welcoming smiles, perfect coffee and a sunday breakfast with only the best food will wait for you. A picky food nerd like me wants to return as soon as possible. Thank you for everything!

12 studio apartments and 8 extra large top floor apartments. All with amazing views. Apartments are located on floors 29/30 and 38/39 of The Hague Tower with 45km views towards the coastline, city and surrouding areas. Fully fitted apartments with kitchen (including Nespresso coffeemaker), bathroom, double bed and living room area with Samsung SmartTV.
The purpose of the visit was relaxing get-away before getting the vaccination the next morning. Unfortunately the stay wasn't as relaxing as expected. There were sigaret holes in the blanket, big dirty spot on the couch, coffee cups in the kitchen were used. Housekeeping didn't do their job properly. Furniture was old, wiring was visible, ceiling was dirty. It wasn't worth 390 euro that we spent at this facility during our stay. For such price for 1 night I expect better quality.

This resort is quite tired and needs refurbishment, together with some modifications to enhance health and safety and overall guest enjoyment. 1) the general grounds are mostly overgrown and there are a lot of poorly maintained areas. If your cottage has a garden, expect it to be unusable except for the patio area. 2) If you get a VIP cottage, you’ll get a ‘bathroom pack’, ‘kitchen park’ and towels. The bathroom one has three tiny sample bottles of shampoo & shower gel and a single tiny bar of soap (to be used with four sinks?!), the kitchen pack has just 2 dishwasher tablets plus a cloth, and the towels are thin and below-average size. As a result, don’t be misled into thinking you won’t need to bring these sorts of provisions; bring your own because these just aren’t suitable for a family. Unfortunately, this meant we wasted a morning going to a local supermarket to purchase items that we could have otherwise brought from home. 3) on site shop is ridiculously expensive… €6.99 for a standard bottle of shower gel. 4) Food labelling in the restaurants is terrible. If you have an allergy or are veggie/vegan, then good luck. I asked a member of staff if one particular dish on the buffet was vegetarian (no label with the item), and his response was, “Well, it could be, but I expect it might have meat in it”. Right. Ok then. 5) Pony rides… the pony’s are very docile, but if you book your child on to a ride, don’t expect a safety check, don’t expect stirrups to be adjusted, and your child will probably be wearing a cycle helmet instead of a proper riding hat. Given that there are lots of kids flying around on bikes on the same routes that the ponies are on, it’s very possible that a pony could get spooked by a careless/unobservant cyclist. In that situation, the child wouldn’t have a clue what to do as they weren’t told how to sit, where to hold onto or any such details. A lead rein walker is often the parent, so if you have equestrian experience, great. If not… good luck. 6) Hand towels in public toilets… I’m 5’ and struggled to reach some of the hand towels after washing my hands. How the hell are children expected to dry their hands when the towels are right up that high? 7) cottage staircases are incredibly dangerous. They are tiny spiral staircases made of varnished wood. You are safest going up them using both hands and feet, and heaven help you if you’re trying to get a suitcase up or downstairs. We had to ensure we accompanied our 6-year old downstairs when he needed the toilet in the night, as it was just too risky to let a sleepy child do it alone. I would have been livid to attempt going up and down those stairs with a baby. Very dangerous. 8) the cottage bathrooms are all downstairs, which is a nightmare for children who need the loo in the middle of the night. 9) staffing/lifeguards in the pools are insufficient and don’t pay much attention. They avoid altercations, even when older kids in the pools are behaving very dangerously. A large group of boys (20+) were acting very intimidatingly in the pools, which is frustrating given the amount of young children also using the facilities. A fight broke out between two of them, and I had to tell them to stop whilst the lifeguard pretended he hadn’t seen anything. The staff need serious training on accident prevention and they need the confidence and back up to intervene if required. It’s a shame these issues clouded our otherwise lovely holiday. The location - near a fantastic sandy beach - is truly wonderful and the scope of activities and facilities was generally good. We probably wouldn’t return to this resort.

Pipowagen on the beach! Great installation directly on the beach with 2 great beach bars to chillax. Small but all you need! Including WiFi and heater. Shower, small kitchen with stove and senseo coffee machine -no microwave or oven

Located super close to the beach and practically on the cycle route for the coastal roads. Walking distance to a few good restaurants and a short beach walk to a fantastic pizza restaurant. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfy beds and the host is wonderful. Each self contained unit has space to eat inside and outside. The kitchen is equipped well to suit almost all catering needs. The local supermarket is a few minutes walk away, with the Hook of Holland a couple of km away.

Vakantiepark Noordduinen offers you everything you need for a richly varied holiday. Situated in the dunes, north of Katwijk and close to the sea. Cities like The Hague, Delft and Amsterdam are nearby.
Another long weekend at the Molecaten park Noordduinen, fortunately with absolutely fabulous weather in the last bits of the Dutch Indian summer. The new owner Molecaten clearly has a good influence on the quality level. New outdoor furniture is quite comfortable - and new rental bicycles under own brand a great leap forward relative to the contracted bikes in earlier years. For us this remains a favourite address just 5 minutes walking from the gorgeous Katwijk beach.
