A una semana de la estancia, nos envían un mensaje de que hay overbooking y no podemos alojarnos. Resultado: tuvimos que pagar el. doble por un alojamiento similar, al estar tan cercana la fecha. Una vergüenza!

Great studio in an excellent location
Reviewed By Ale MThe studio had a very nice modern decoration. It has a fully-equiped american kitchen inside the room, a comfortable sofa and bed and a very nice big bathroom. The location is excellent, it’s just in the main street of the city. We had a misunderstood with the cleaning of the studio, they allowed us to check in earlier than the given time which was very nice from them but when we arrived to the apartment it wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. We let them know and 5 mins later a person from the staff was in the studio apologising and offering us solutions and recommendations for the city, really appreciated. The staff from the office were also very nice and helpful. Totally recommended.

Reviewed By baxb774Indigenous house with a beautiful sea view. Our family enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea. I can see the House has been newly renovated. The rooms are really big. Cleanliness at an impressive level. The hosts who wellcomed us wonderfully and did everything to make our vacation unforgettable. We enjoyed the wellness and massages. Thanks and we will come back.

The whole place smells like cigarets, lady doesn’t speak a word of English meaning it’s almost impossible to communicate, rooms are expensive for what you get, she doesn’t accept credit card meaning don’t try to book with a website, she’ll ask for cash when you arrive and you’ll have to cancel the online booking. Bring your own towels, they offer some tiny hand towels. Overall, horrible.

We are ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED!
Reviewed By O4164OUadamfWe arrived on tuesday with a small group of people. We almost cannot come in to our apartments so we were waiting long time. Housekeeper was not so friendly as we expected. Apartments looks beautiful but with no additional service. We can not agreed on something extra with our housekeeper, everything was huge problem. We make a little mess, we wanted to clean it up, but they did not let us to do it and in addition they wanted us to pay the extra cleaning. The wife of housekeeper say to us “ we are pigs, but not people!” This is normal in 5 stars apartmens? After arriving we found out that air conditioning remote control in some apartment is broken. We did not need to use it but housekeeper said that it is our fault and we had to pay some extra money for repairing them. We were so shocked with this rude approach. We stayed there for 4 days and it was enough. The pool is not prepared to season, whirpool bath too. We definitelly cannot recommend stay here for anybody. This apartmenst absolutely not have 5 stars service of this rude people, who work here.
