Residence Villa Regina is near to San Gerardo Hospital, one of the biggest Hospitals in northern Italy. We are focused on patients and relatives who assist them. If you come for the Monza Race Track, for tourism or business, the Residence is not so far from it (less than 30 minutes on foot passing by the beautiful Monza Park (the biggest in Europe rounded by walls). If you wish to book even if you don't come to the hospital, you are welcome but with advice: please respect our guests because probably they are resting after a night or a day passed into the Hospital. If you can do that, you are welcome. We speak English, Spanish and Italian of course

We are near to Monza Race Track and concert Area (less than 2 Kilometres. Our apartmens have full kitchen with everything you need (dishes, pots, glasses etc.), complete bathroom and double beds or single beds as you wish. We have also family apartments for 4 or 6 people. We are also very near to San Gerardo Nospital, the fourth Hospital in northern Italy. Thousand of people come here for chirurgic operations, exams and many other things. These people are our usual guests. You are welcome of course but remember to respect the "Hospital Guests" staying calm and quiet. No rumors in the common area and keep a normal voice tone even inside your apartment.

The contact people were kind enough to stay late at night to wait for us to arrive and open the door remotely. Big plus! The appartment was more than we expected, it truly had everything you would think of there should be. The neighbourhood is peacefull and quiet, I was able to sleep with my window open without waking up. The supermarket nearby is also a big plus, we were able to do shopping in less than 30 minutes. I would definitelly recommend this appartment villa to everyone!

LA CASA DI MARGIT (MARIA GIUDITTA SEREGNI) Six apartments inspired by the book "Specchio alle stelle", edited by Wilma Riva, about Maria Giuditta Seregni - Margit, artist in Nova Milanese. "La Casa di Margit" is a thematic residence consisting of six apartments realized by a surveyor, Enzo Galluccio of "Domus Restauri" in Nova Milanese. The restoration preserves the original structure of the 18th century building, making it comfortable and modern, functional and technological. The building is named after the artist MARIA GIUDITTA SEREGNI, better known as MARGIT,who lived her entire life in this building with her family. Margit, an elementary teacher with extended background in literature, in her short life had a great passion for art, painting, music and poetry. Inspired and passionate teacher, Margit initiated new generations of students to the first elements of knowledge transmitting them contents of love for the truth, the beauty and generosity. During her summer holidays Margit used to travel the entire world looking for experiencing the values of different cultures, but always remaining attached to her roots, her land and her family house that retains many objects full of memories and history. Some of her writings have been collected in the book "Specchio alle stelle" from which comes the inspiration to create six splendid well-equipped flats with kitchenette, bathroom, wi-fi, air conditioning and a beautiful Italian garden with picnic and relax area. Hence there is the apartment "i pioppi" which refers to her roots, the second apartment remembers her travels, another apartment dedicated to the garden, another apartment inspired to art, another one related to poetry and the last one called "Specchio alle stelle." Only 6 km from Monza Park, 10 km from Milan Central Station, 18 km from Rho-Fiera Expo, 20 km from Como, 24 km from Linate Airport, 50 km from Bergamo Orio al Serio airport, 53 km from Malpensa airport. La Casa di Margit is a restoration financed and realized by Domus Restuari and Enzo Galluccio.
positiv: Friendly host, clean apartment. negativ: The apartment is directly on the street, is very loud. The apartment has actually a sleeping sofa, which for 2 persons is very uncomfortable. …and there was the 20 EUR cleaning tax, that was NOT included in the basic price from booking. We paid 59 EUR, which was expensive for the kind of apartment.

The co-housing solution of Maison d'Elite is a very interesting idea, based on the grounds of environmental sustainability, friendship and solidarity. I'm letting a unit and I've found all of these features in the structure and in the team running it. All the staff is always ready to quickly solve any issue and to help in all the circumstances related to the housing. The place is very quiet, with a very nice architecture, a very pleasant external area, and very clean units. It is also a place where one can learn a lot about technology applied to the sustainability, especially about the use of renewable energies and sharing of resources among people. In summary, I strongly recommend Maison d'Elite.

This self catering block of studios is perfect for race weekend on a budget. Only about a mile and a half from the track is easy walking distance. The room had a huge and very comfy bed plus single bed/sofa, separate bathroom with shower, separate entrance hall with wardrobes, chest of draws and mirror, and kitchen with all new crockery, saucepans, cutlery etc... eating out every night would have been pricey but there are plenty of supermarkets (including a Lidl) in close proximity so we cooked for much cheaper! The room's double windows opened onto other apartment gardens and watching a little old couple pick their tomatoes was sweet. Only missing items room could do with were: Kettle (we managed with a saucepan), Oven (had a 2 ring electric hob only), a plug for the kitchen sink, and you'll need your own washing up liquid and dishcloth. There was also no air conditioning in our room. The rooms were cleaned twice in our 5 night stay which was fine and as an added bonus breakfast at 'Le Betulle Ristorante Pizzeria Steakhouse' next door which was lovely and the people there, despite not speaking much English were lovely. There is secure off road parking at 5 Euro's a day and Elisbetta at the residenze was so so so helpful and lovely with good English!

Qualità prezzo pessima in sostanza. E molti invitati si sono lamentati. Che figura... una truffa per chi ha pagato.
