When you're paying $400-500/night you expect exceptional quality for the stay and ease of service ... instead ... From the day of my arrival it was one thing after another ... the fact that I had to pay for my whole stay plus the deposit upon check in is ridiculous ... my room smelled like wet dog when I arrived and had to set up me leaving for an hour so they could come in and ionize it (not sure what that is), the room was also dirty, all surfaces (wiped them down myself) ... also, the porch was filthy (full of bird droppings) I had to call front desk to have it spray washed. There was no replenishing of soap or lotion ... I asked for replenish of coffee n sugar and was told I needed to pay for it!!

Called down to the front desk four times to ask if they had a cot ...but the phone would just ring and ring and then hang up on you. So I walked down to the front desk and talked with the guy at the front desk. Purple hair, nose ring, big hoops in his ears...not that there is anything wrong with any of that. What was wrong was the just massive rudeness that followed. I mentioned that the phone system wasn’t working. He said “Oh are you the one who keeps calling? Well I was busy.” I said “oh well it just hangs up.” His response “I was busy, what do you want.” Not really a question ... “more like get out of here I am annoyed talking with people.” Me: “I was calling to get a cot. Our reservation said queen beds but there are only a couple beds in the room that look kinda like doubles but not really even that size.” In a voice that was screaming I could care less what you are saying “we don’t offer cots.” Then walked away. That awesome Canadian “niceness” in full display.

The room #6 was as advertised, very clean and had comfortable beds. The cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job but the management seemed overwhelmed and while the weren’t rude they were not friendly or particularly helpful either. The restaurant and patio which were a huge reason we chose the Inn were both inaccessible for our trip, being used for storage and completely filled with empty boxes. I thought the price was a bit high especially considering that a big part of the amenities were closed to guests.

Great central Location with lots of amenities within walking distance including Ripley’s aquarium and CN tower. Easy access to public transport for more distant travel. Good flat clean and spacious. My Only issue was I expected a kitchen in a flat for 5people to have better equipment. The pots provided were tiny and I was not able to cook at all. I booked a flat with an equipped kitchen to give me the option to cook. If you’re not planning on cooking great flat. I f you want to cook, bring a wok or your own pot!

I stayed at Canadore when I had to drive up north for an emergency. I picked to stay here when there did not appear to be any other places available in North Bay. The price was good. Upon arrival I had difficulty locating the office to check in. The room had two bedrooms, two TVs, a kitchen, and a bathroom. At first glance the place seems to be clean but up looking closer it wasn’t clean. There are no mattress pads on the beds. The first bed I tried to sleep in was itchy- not sure why- just was The second bed I tried to sleep in, I put towels on the bed (due to the lack of mattress covers), and I used my own blanket because the one on the bed had hair all over that wasn’t mine. If I had another choice - I would have left here.

This motel is located on an abandoned golf resort and looks a bit quaint from the outside but the rooms are super clean and comfortable. The property has a lake and you can canoe on it. There is a pedal boat and life jackets for use I believe also. A good choice for us.

WTF... I thought my Uber driver got the address wrong. I arrived at 3pm but the roon wasn't ready. The street address given was actually a few doors down - a note was stuck on the window "ring this number"... so dodgy. The room was, excuse me... the worst I have ever been - it stings - the hygiene was terrible - the bathtub had cigarette burn marks. The heater didn't work. I had to get the other blanket from the other bed to double up. It was just terrible, terrible, _ucking horrible! Worst night ever. Do youself a favour - avoid this place.

This is a basic apartment located on the campus of Niagara College. It is clean, efficient, the beds are comfortable and everything works properly. There was a lot of storage and many outlets. The only con is that there is no hair dryer and the beds are small. The staff is more than helpful. The concierge actually left the building with us to point out where the restaurants are. Coffee and a few snacks are available in the lobby 24/7.

Stayed at this cottage resort before and always a great experience. Under new ownership this year and our one week stay was terrible. At least 30 Flys in the cottage on arrival and squashed flies were left on the windows. Tons of spiders and good thing we brought spider spray as they must of skipped out of the local spider spray worker. No propane tank on BBQ on arrival and BBQ was filthy. They offered to have someone clean it on our 5th day. We said forget it. Owner had no one on site for 4 days so had to bag our own dirty towels and put in linen shed. Left after 5 days as got tired of looking through fly stained windows. Felt like no one really cleaned the place on our arrival. Much better cottagecrentals in the area. Skip this one.
