The Greek city of Naxos is steeped in mythological mystique and ancient history. The purported home of Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, is fringed with glorious beaches, collisions of turquoise waters and sapphire horizons. The ruins of The Portara frame the sky like a door to another world, while renovated Venetian mansions offer a glimpse into the upper crust of yesteryear. The 13th-century castle is simply breathtaking.

Iliada Suites invites guests seeking luxury accommodation in Naxos. The complex is comprised of 7 newly re-built suites, elegantly decorated and designed to offer our guests a unique experience of pure enjoyment in a warm, relaxing and romantic atmosphere.
Iliada Suites was a lovely place to stay while we were in Naxos. Amazing view of the Portada from our room, plus beautiful sunset views from our balcony. Staff was so warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is a short walk to the center of town (Chora) so it was easy to get to dinner, shopping, etc. highly recommend!

Zas Studios is centrally located in Agios Georgios, just 150 metres from the organized beach. It offers air-conditioned studios with free Wi-Fi and balcony or patio overlooking the garden. A kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge, dining area and hair-dryer is included in all studios at the Zas. Each has a satellite TV. Guests will find restaurants and bars 100 metres from the property. Naxos Port is 400 metres away and Naxos Airport is at a distance of 3 km. A bus stops within 300 metres.
Zas Studios surprised us very positively and more than lived up to our expectations. A fantastic host couple who in our opinion did everything they could to make our stay something extra and they really succeeded !! A typical Greek studio in central Naxos. Located in narrow streets with no direct view but with a perfect location, quiet and no disturbing sounds in any form. Our rating will be 10 out of 10 possible. Big thanks Maria & Nikolaos!

We were fortunate and had the room at the top which has a huge private balcony with wonderful views over the sea. The room was spotlessly clean and we were given fresh linen each day. The location in the town is brilliant. We had a small kitchen which was well equipped but you need to provide all your own food. Take your showers at night when there is plenty of hot water! Definitely to be highly recommended.

We had an entirely enjoyable and wonderful stay here. Not only was the host super helpful in picking us up and dropping us off at the port, he also was helpful in extending our stay. Everyone is super nice and laid back. Our room was cleaned daily and always left very fresh. 10/10, no complaints- all amenities worked great, great location, and wonderful stay! Thank you!

I highly recommend this apartment. It is centrally located within walking distance to the castle, port, lots of restaurants and shops yet secluded and quiet with its location down one of the adorable maze like pathways. The apartment has a historical past that the owner will proudly share with you. The air conditioner works great and there’s free parking nearby. The owner was very kind and welcoming. He met us at the port to walk us to the apartment. He also left us some wonderful wine and delicious homemade jam. We felt like a local every morning passing the local fruit stand and baker with the most delicious bread I’ve ever had. We truly loved our stay. Thank you!!

We were a group of 9 people that wanted to spend 3 days in the island of Naxos. We had a terrible experience from the beginning. When we arrived, the woman that welcomed us (who was not Mike) did only speak greek, making communication difficult. We were divided in 2 rooms: the 3rd floor apartement was OK, but the one on the basement was dirty and full of junk. We tried to contact Mike to have our room cleaned and we received no answer. Moreover, we found out our keys were able to open all rooms in the hotel. On our 2nd day, we found broken glasses on the floor and a poop on a towel. Later we discovered there was a cat on our room bc the cleaning lady has left the window opened. Again,we tried to contact Mike and he didn't give us any solution so we had to got in touch with Booking in order to solve the problem. However, when they called Mike he told them a bunch of lies, like he had offered us the option of leaving with full refund, what was certainly not true.

I stayed here last summer, and I really cannot recommend this accommodation more! The room was spacious, and had its own little kitchenette, while also a nice patio to dry clothes on. I was welcomed by the host and he was one of the most kind and gracious people I have ever met. He helped with my luggage, offered me sweets and Ouzo, and despite our language barrier, assisted me in finding my way. This accommodation is also walking distance to the main Chorio and beaches. Never felt like I was far from anything!

My partner and I stopped at Studios Petros for 8 days in mid to late September 2019. and thoroughly recommend it to anybody wanting a welcoming, comfortable stay. On arrival one early evening we were given a nice room complete with a large double bed, en-suite, wardrobe, electric hob and air conditioning. Irini greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming -- even helping us choose where to go on the beautiful island of Naxos. The next day we were moved (after being consulted first) into another slightly larger room with the same facilities plus a dressing table. This room also had a patio with table and chairs giving fantastic views of sunsets, Chora and the Temple of Apollo.. The remainder of our stay was in this room and I can honestly say that Studios Petros completely deserves the 5 star review I have given it. The apartments are a steady 15-20 minute walk from Chora centre. There are several routes there on foot and apart from a short, steep incline near the hotel itself most of the walk is fairly flat. We didn't mind the walk as it was on fairly quiet roads and we passed a farms, a shop and a football pitch. You really don't need a car unless you're carrying lots of cases so grab a taxi when you first arrive on the island. The walk is totally worth it anyway as it's in such a peaceful area so we had no problems sleeping. As for Naxos island itself we recommend a few days of proper exploring in Chora (the main town), the Temple of Apollo, the coach tour of the island, the Domus Festival (for REAL Greek dancing and drink) plus the several historical sites. There are also several beaches within a £1.80 bus ride from Chora. Thank you to Irini and family.

Our hosts were helpful and friendly. The apartments modern and clean. Well equipped. Towels provided were soft. Good beds. Lots of plugs to charge phones laptops etc. Lots of extras available at no extra costs. E.g. beach towels water bottle outside our apt. Pegs and drying stand to hang washing. Location excellent. A few minutes walk to st George's beach. Great beach for families. Walking distance to town and shops and restaurants. Walking distance to port. Pick up and drop off service provided by our hosts. All in all a fabulous spot for a holiday. Found locals very friendly. Highly recommend Oniro beach studios. Sandra
