Not Hotel. No free cancelation.
Reviewed By Salmah HIt is not a hotel. Just room for rent. Once you confirmed booking, you will not able to cancel. Cancel with full payment even it is weeks before booked date. Have to call the owner to come for the key. Cash. Not all room has balcony. Family single room expensive and small. Have water boiler, hair dryer and iron. No supply of coffee, tea. Bring your own.

Reviewed By rkph71At this point of writing, I am still staying at this hotel. Frankly,I mistakenly booked this hotel thinking it was Swiss Garden Hotel but it is different. And normally I would stay at Double Tree Hilton Melaka. Let me tell you of my experience: 1. I was called 2 days before arrival to confirm if I am coming. They have also asked me what time I would like to arrive. I chose at 12 pm and they comply. I never had such experience staying at other hotels. 2. Parking is free. 3.Upon arrival, we were greeted at the door by the front desk officers. Very welcoming and polite. 4. Front office staff then explain on what is available at the hotel. And having booked 2 rooms, they offer us a connecting room. That is awesome! 5. One of the front office staff even help to carry our luggages to our room. 6. Room is a decent size, very clean, comfort, aircond is good and water pressure and heater works well. 7. Price of hotel is very reasonable. 8. Location is near to many places of interest but we need to drive. Truly a small hotel but with a big heart. Kudos to the work well done!

Reviewed By esquire838For around RM200 per night (varies with season), we stayed in a 3-bedroom flat within a cluster of high rises atop a hill in Ayer Keroh. Best view is Block A and B overlooking the city and the straits beyond. The flat that we stayed is fairly basic and not done up to the level of quality befitting even a 2-star setting. All furniture are of the self-assembly type, “kitchen” has no cabinet in fact the aluminium sink that comes with the new built developer gave is not replaced. Bathrooms are fairly small and basic with instantaneous water heater. The lounge has no air conditioning, only fan. Upsides: good view, windy, affordable. Downsides: basic, no decor, amenities like iron has to be requested from reception. Need to drive to get to shops and restaurants. Upsides: affordable, quiet, good view, windy if you enjoy natural breeze.

Alternative choice for family stay
Reviewed By greentea87The location quite near to heritage attraction, 15min of driving to reach the destination. We get the room facing the sea, nice sea view, windy, and the space is large enough for family, but the cleanliness is not good as what we expected, broken curtain and floor mat. Not every room has air-cond installed, only 2 out of 3 have air-cond. No wifi access in the room and no escalator available. Better prepare own toiletries as there is not provided in the apartment. They just provide us 3 towels upon check-in. Free parking.

Bad Service dirty room
Reviewed By Steven TMy family n I was staying at San studio 12-09 from 1th to 3rd sept. Super bad experience! the first step we get in to the hotel, Front desk staff just asking us to wait without any explanation and with rude attitude!(we reached on 1:30pm and check in time is 1pm). After we go ask again , the staff just say "now. Pls queue there!" And we queue for an hrs just because of they changing shift n the staff leaving for no reason…(it was just ard 3-5 people infront of me !) Getting a "free gift,(red bra hanging on balcony)" from the hotel once we get into our room. We move the bed cause we have a baby with us but we get a lot of surprise ! (The pic we share just part of it .) We pay cleaning fee (RM75 EACH DAY)! And only get daily hskp after 6pm! I understand the hotel was busy then pls hired more hskp staff! super LOW quality room! Please train it staff properly!

Reviewed By esquire838The whole apartment was probably built in mid or late 90s, at that time it was by the waterfront. A strip of reclaimed land has since been there. In those days CL was probably the spot to be: modern, seaside, central and new. They do have the maintenance running and security is good: access card to the lift lobby door, another tap to access the lift. Parking generally covered (cramped). Thats about it. No amenities shop, no pool. Just a place to stay. Since it is not that frequented, you may like the quietness it offers. Choose it only when you can’t afford elsewhere or when they offer a bang for your bucks.

Really recommended! I'm booking with SINGGAHSINI SUITE @ ATLANTIS RESIDENCES. you guys can check out this homestay using Fb and IG!

Reviewed By esquire8384 of us stayed for 3d2n. Its not a hotel per say. Its one of several serviced apartments within the building centrally managed by Silverscape. Heres how it works: an owner bought a flat unit, furnished it and let a company manage it. So another group of owners may have another company run it. Thus Silverscape does not run the entire place nor do they have common furnishing style for all the flats they manage. So what you rent is a hit and miss. Some you may provide an array of facilities and decor that you like, others may not. Similar for check in and check out. There is no “reception” like a hotel. You may get instructions from the owner via email on how to access to the key in the unit mailbox at reception level and you self check-in. The sea-facing view of our unit gives a beautiful view of sunset and the sea. You get sea view from the living room and the master bedroom (with ensuite toilet and bath also with sea-view). Amenities provided were basic. Only 1 pillow to a person and thin duvet. There is cooker, fridge, but no microwave. Cutleries, crockeries pots and pans were provided. Second bedroom is windowless and has 2 single bed with common access bathroom. Parking is covered on upper level that is sectionalised for unit owners, with separate boom gate than general parking for shoppers. The flats are above a shopping centre (offers not many outlets). There is a pay per entry viewing deck at topmost level 44. There is a 24/7 convenience store for your needs. You have to drive to get to the central Jonker area where the happening is but anywhere within Melaka city is just a short drive away.
