Nothing fantastic but it does the job. We rented a so called “studio” which was quite small but had an oversized balcony terrace. Unfortunately the terrace overlooked a busy and noisy street so we couldn’t really enjoy it. Bedding is average and other amenities are basic: kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning is a bit noisy and doesn’t cool much, Other than that, the staff is friendly.

the good stuff: the hotel is well placed, although i had difficulty finding the front door, which was on a street opposite from the address i had for the hotel. reception was friendly and efficient, the bed is comfortable and the linens are decent. the less-good stuff: the room itself is old and needs refreshing. the bathroom, in particular needs attention (toilet bowl stained and running, vanity drawers just about to fall apart (need to be attentive to open and close them properly), the rug is crappy and stained. i would not return, nor recommend. this hotel is not inexpensive and i would add that to call it "prestige" is a gross overstatement.

We have spent almost a week in the self catering accommodation. The reception was always friendly, helpful and professional. We have requested a good month before our arrival a room on the top floor with a nice view. The reception fulfilled a half of our request. We got a room on the top floor facing the fire station and they were a bit loud in the morning and evening. Hence, we weren't completely happy with the quietness of the place. The apartment had a little kitchenette which had all basic necessary items for us to cook. The bathroom was a nice size. The room was a good size too. It's about 15 min walk to the tram station, but on the plus side only 200 yards behind the apartment was a beautiful chateau, good wines and beautiful gardens. The journey by taxi from the airport took us about 8 min and costs €29 whilst on a way back we have used public transport, two single tickets are €3.20 for the tram and €3.20 for two tickets on the airport bus. The journey took us about 25 min plus walking to the tram station 15min. Overall, the facilities of the place are reasonable, the town is clean and nice. We weren't impressed with the massage service, was overpriced for what was offered, back massage only €40 per person..for 30min....it was too gentle, it felt rather like stroking not massaging. Unfortunately, the woman doesn't speak English so if you have any pains you can't explain ...your help is Google translate or the reception.

The hotel is over priced. We spent a night there and first impressions were no good. The lobby was old, the room was very simple, and it was not even prepared for a couple; they had only one towel in the restroom for instance (even though we booked the room for 2). The toilet was broken and the room was not clean. I understand it is meant to be a simple hotel but it averages 70 euros per room which is not that cheap for european standards for a 3 star hotel. I would not book there again.

We stayed for 2 nights. Before arriving, the staff had been really helpful and friendly over the phone. We were not disappointed when we arrived. Great staff from the receptionist (Elodie) to the race track team. Fantastic value. Wonderful region to discover as well with plenty of good food, wine, scenery, canoe activities...

Marketed with free WIFI but have to pay for WIFI. Hotell take money 2 times payment from my VISA and has sent a new invoice to my homeadress and whant me to pay again. Can not check in before 5 in the afternoon. Bedding have to pay extra for, keys to the room and safety cabinet are easy to copy. Not friendly staff not helpfull does not speak English and not care about customer.. Got a room that would have pool view but could only see into a large shrub. When ask for other room they say they give moore good room to costumer book after me. Had expected much better for 100 euros per night. Will never ever return to this hotel.

The only reason not to give five stars is the rather high price. The property is very beautiful, well maintained, has a nice swimming pool. Studios nicely decorated and well-equipped. Friendly owner. Very quiet area close to Canal du Midi.

We have just returned from here after 1 weeks stay with a family of 5, ( 4, 11 & 12 year olds ) . We had a great time . Itsva small residence of the A75. There are two roads that lead to it, 1 dusty rocky pot holey and the other much more flat but both go to separate directions ( north and south ) . The sat nav will take you to the other end , so I would research on Google maps satellite image before you go to get an idea . You really do need a car here it's very remote. If you fly and get a taxi you are stuck here unless you hitch a lift of get a taxi. The entrance has a gate that is operated with a tag , once in , the reception has strict opening times so check before you go for times , or you will be sitting there for an age . The reception staff are lovely, helpful and very respectful. The pool is very nice, a few rules ie no food, no drink , no toys and no shoes around the pool. There is a toilet and showers there. The rooms are very nice balcony, private parking , we had 2 rooms and all the self catering appliances. Unfortunately, we were here during a heat wave and the rooms were beyond hot at night even with a ceiling fan. Not anyone's fault . Please note this is a residence , so people live here and own holiday villas so there's a mixture of people here , quite different, but unfortunately, some of the villa owners feel they have priority in the pool area , but just ignore this. Local supermarkets are, lidl 10 minute drive and Carrefour, 20 minute drive. Besiers city very close , Valras plage 25 minutes , water park 30 mins. I would recommend this property but it us very remote , very quite . If you require night life , pubs , shops and bars I would really consider looking at other opinions .

In a park, at the center of a business area, at the entrance of Béziers City, with direct access to the highway A9 and to the beach road. Residence Fonserane was built in 2009, in the heart ofa classified park, nearby the Château de la Devèze. This wonderful property with pure lines fits perfectly with its environment. All the 104 apartments, with comfortable and cosy atmosphere, have terraces facing the park. The ideal place for a tourist stop and for business.
Lovely hotel with lovely staff!!!Thank you!! The parc view in the morning was very relaxing the kitchen corner was very clean i especially appreciate the toaster and the kettle !!sympathic staff can't wait to come back
