A dense urban stopover where Thailand and Malaysia meet, Hat Yai exudes the international energy of a border hub. Though short on sights and historic charm, its shopping centers and floating market provide anything a modern traveler could ask for.

I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!! The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind

This new Residence/hotel is a "true pleasure" to stay at! It is well designed and built-- and the management is very professional/helpful. The in room internet is fast, The room amenities include a full bathroom, a well equipped "kitchenette" which includes a fridge, microwave, stove top , dishes and pots and pans. One can park a car on the street, or in a nearby garage-- and is free. The neighbourhood where the hotel is located is a "bit remote" from other "travellers attractions"-- but there are plenty of places with a broad variety of food,,, and other places where one also can purchase fruits, vegetables etc. We rented 2 rooms, were very satisfied and look forward to our next visit!!

Stayed over at The Bedroom in Hatyai for the second time. Got this tiny cozy loft room where your single bed is built on a loft above your living space. Steps up the bed a little steep but I would say it is quite comfortable for a solo traveller. The hotel does not have any lift so be prepared to take the stairs. But for just about $12 a night for a room with attached bath, nothing much to complain about.

Rooms are clean and well equipped.Beds were comfy and room size reasonable for price. Air-conditioning and the stand blower fan was good. Room reflects the price so keep your expectations in check. You get what you pay for The bathroom was a bit of a letdown, shower placement a bit odd near the door and drainage was slow.
