Rooms: Most are studios consisting of living/bedroom (2 twin beds with sofa bed), breakfast bar, bathroom, air conditioning and satellite TV, ceiling fan and terrace. The apartments have the same facilities, plus bedroom (2 twin beds). Most studios and apartments have sea or pool view. All units have a safity deposit box ( te rent see reception): Residence: The complex has a reception, swimming pool with solarium and sun umbrellas. There is also a pleasent bar-restaurant in quiet setting, with splendid views over the Estany des Peix.Ix.

Great Place to escape
Reviewed By kanmani89So when we arrived we where amazed already about the location of the hotel... not even a foot step away from the hotel. We where early birds so went into the hotel and where received by Lara our amazing french, english, spanish speaking hostess. She had our room ready for us with an amazing view of the beach and had exceptional early checkin just was very convenient. Very big and confortable beds clean hotel. Had electric bikes that where available to rent and car rental services just outside for 30 euros a day. Later on went to the restaurant right downstairs and enjoyed more of the sun under the umbrellas and dipped our feet in the pool but freezing cold (normal because it was not summer) ;) Restaurant had great customer services and the food.... yummy in the tummy had paella and didn't want to leave even a tiny bit back just so tasty. Didn't want to leave at all just so peaceful and the perfect place to escape!!!

Reviewed By Ocean_1212Costamar II has beautiful studio apartments recently refurbished. Very clean, very comfortable. Few steps away from the Es Pujols center and beach (2 minutes by walk). It was a bit hard to find parking for the scooter some days but I personally suggest this place to whoever wants to come to Formentera. The only incident was that my niece at the departure has left behind a small necklace with pendant with some other personal belongings (there was no doubt that this has been left there) and after calling the reception after few hours they said that these things were no there. Shame!!!

Basic for the price
Reviewed By David PGood location. Room with small balcony and lovely sea view., very basic with fridge but no kettle or tv. Bathroom with very old type bath and shower. Buffet breakfast very nice. Rooms a bit pricy for what you get, but overall had a good stay.

Reviewed By 37katiakI think this is perfect apartment to stay on the island, when you don´t want to spend too much and looking for something simple (don´t expect luxury level here) What I really liked is that it was very quiet (before we stayed in more expensive studio where it super noisy all night long). Apartment is big (specially kitchen!), you have all of the necessary facilities to cook. Bathroom is also super good, shower is new and has a good water pressure. Cleaning was done every day, and very well. great location. supermarkets nearby and the beach just a short ride away. 100% recommend!

We also found it very conveniently located, just a few minutes walking from bars and restaurants, the ferry and a well provisioned supermarket. We will return for sure

The small-scale complex is quiet and centrally located. now, after the renovation of the apartments, it is really a fantastically beautiful place to stay. good beds, nice bedroom and bathroom, luxurious and sleek furnishings. The spacious balcony is always a luxury in the balmy evenings.

Reviewed By Los dWe spent a week in a bungalow there, the location is great and quiet. The apartments are simple like in many cases in Formentera but clean with good overall equipment. The staff is super helpful and friendly. You can have fresh bread and croissants delivered every morning, you can borrow umbrellas for the beach, or use a shower after your check out (before heading to the airport). Pool area is nice and quiet. Bungalow are suite close to each other’s which creates a warm atmosphere but I guess could be a problem if your neighbours are noisy.

Fantastic apartments in the countryside
Reviewed By AlbertSalichsAllida Apartments is an accommodation located in the middle of the countryside and near the Mitjorn Beach, in the island of Formentera. It was the second time we go thereand it was again an excellent accommodation. The last time we were 4 adults and 1 baby. The owners gave us one of the biggest houses of the complex, which has also a swimming-pool. We were very comfortable, because our house had a big eating-room and kitchen, two rooms and 1 bathroom. Moreover, the rate quality/price was excellent, 50 euros/day (we came here in the New Year and we were the only guests in the accommodation, so it is low tourist season, in summer the price can be three times). In fact, we would have liked to stay more days here. The owners were also very friendly and nice, and they helped us always we need. If you want calm and relax, it is a perfect site, where you can walk in the countryside
