These nice apartments, located between Grau Roig and Soldeu accesses to Grandvalira ski resort are simply great! They have views over one the slopes, they have a free spa (with views, also), they have lockers for skis, they offer transport to the resort, and they are fully equiped!! Management is also kind and helpful. You may argue it is not cheap but we found worth every euro we spent there. Whenever we'll go back to Grandvalira to ski, we'll definetely stay there again

Great trip. Location is perfect. Close to Gran Roig and Soldeu. Gran Roig is a great place to visit, it's more upmarket than Tartar for example. The hotel is clean and comfortable with the heating very efficient!

Close your eyes. You're nice and warm in your flat, while the crackling flames lull you to sleep and you watch the snow fall. What a delight! The Andorra El Tarter apartment complex, at an altitude of 1700 m, is in the parish of Canillo, in the typical village of El Tarter, in Andorra. It is made up of small 3-storey buildings and has cosy flats with contemporary decoration. For even greater comfort, we have fitted them out with modern furniture and equipment. And that little bit of added value? Some have a balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains or a fireplace, so you'll be cosy in winter. To access the slopes of the Grandvalira resort, you can take the cable car, 400 m from the apartment complex. There you will have access to 210 kilometres of slopes, 3 snowparks and a freestyle school, where you can enjoy the sliding activities!

We had a duplex apartment, plenty of space for family of 4. Lovely views across to mountains. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare basic meals. Within easy walking distance of local restaurants. About 10 mins walk up to the gondola station. The underground parking was fine, bit on the tight side but that's normal. Friendly staff, including very helpful cleaning lady.

Clean and modern apartment with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful Andorra mountains. It was just slightly hard to find and the address and opening hours on Booking.com did not correlate with reality. (Check in closed more than an hour earlier than stated)

I always stay at Pierre & Vacances when travelling to Spain, France and Andorra as their properties are a a high standard. This one was too, but unfortunately our apartment was on the ground floor, with people passing by so close to our bedroom window that we had to have the curtains drawned all the time. The 2 male receptionist were incredible but unfortunately the 2 female were rude and uninterested in helping. I will give them another chance.

We went to Andorra with 2 other families who booked 3 apartments and had an apartment each. It is definitely in the less glitzy end of the resort, opposite a supermarket ( where you have to park your car), and next to a very odd shop selling very large fake/stuffed elephants etc The apartment entrance is slightly depressing and feels as if you are entering a lived in block of flats with junk mail spewing out of mail boxes, it did not feel like holiday apartments. Our apartment was initially cold with light bulbs missing and hence a dark/moody atmosphere and felt quite basic. The mattresses and pillows were clearly the cheapest of the cheap and you dreaded going to bed as Bach ache awaited. We were 5 and so 2 slept in bunk beds and my eldest son slept in the lounge/ kitchen/only spare space on a grubby looking sofa bed, which he wasn't keen on for privacy and the fact you couldn't go to bed if others were still up. The towels were old and sparse. 1 shower towel per stay (although there was a washing machine). We only spent time there to sleep and have breakfast, you wouldn't want to lounge around in the apartment. Ok for students on a limited budget but I would not be running back. Didn't tick the boxes for us. It might inspire the kids to work hard at school to ensure that you could stay in a less basic place. Ultimately You get what you pay for.

Came in Feb 2019 for a ski trip with my school, the hotel was nice. the rooms were quite cramped and the beds were a bit hard and the food wasn’t the best, the bathrooms were a good size and the wardrobe was huge ?however my school brought a nasty sick bug with us from UK? So the whole hotel had to deal with it, we are very sorry Hotel Ransol staff. Hope you can forgive us?
