I came up here with a friend and my husband. The experience was so cool. They taught us the history of sushi making and how to do everything properly. I was messing things up the whole time but loved every second of it. The lady took my phone for pictures so you don't have to worry about that. And eating it was awesome. You have a whole new appreciation for sushi after this.

Awesome Aokigahara forest and cave tour! We joined the tour in mid of December, that day was only two of us so we feel very exclusive and special. The guide pick us up in cable car station which is very convenient, the tour is around 4 hours. After change the gear in the office, it's about 25 mins drive and we stop by to the toilet where the Mt fuji view was beautiful. Then we continue the journey, the guide took us to Aokigahara forest walk, it was so quiet and peaceful, she is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. There is no path in the forest, the surface was uneven but it's safe and easy. We need to walk down to the cave, the rocks are slippery, uneven and very dark. They provided the protective overall and headlight to us, so we can still see and walk safely inside the cave. It's really exciting because the cave is not the normal tourist spot that everyone can go in, we walked deeper into the cave for about 20 mins and was the best experience we had. It's not the normal Mt Fuji sightseeing tour most people do, if you are thrill seeker and love to explore, you will love this tour. Advise: Need moderate fitness level, need to walk and climb up and down on uneven ground, and don't afraid of getting dirty, wet and dark. Need a good pair of hiking shoes -that is proper hiking shoes. I found it abit challenging to walk down the cave as it's quite slippery, lucky we both wear hiking shoes. After the tour, the guide drive us back to the train station which was really convenient, and plus she took very good photos for us during the tour! We love it and highly recommended this tour!
