To pass on the cultural values and importance of Han Bing, or Chinese Han Pastry, Jiu Zhen Nan established JZN Han Pastry House in Daliao, Kaohsiung in 2016. With our Delicacy Library, JZN theatre, and most importantly our JZN Cooking Lab, we hope to engage everyone’s five senses to taste, learn, and understand the centennial ways of Jiu Zhen Nan. Our JZN Cooking Lab offers selected Han Bing baking sessions for even the most novice bakers.
