I am a plant-based Chocolatier. Chocolate-labels: plant-based, vegan, raw food, raw vegan and kosher. I am specialized in beautiful colored chocolate from vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers. With colored chocolate I create gorgeous bars and bonbons, eatable pieces of art. I speak fluent Dutch, English, German, basic French, Russian and Italian. I worked worldwide in Hotel and Tourism industry, today I follow my passion making plant-based chocolate, better for people and better for the planet.
