The Welsh capital may have begun its life as a Roman fort, but it's since become a bustling city. Where the fort once stood, Cardiff Castle has held court since the 11th century. It remains a central presence in the city, now full of lively art and music venues, hip boutiques, fun bars and modern hotels. Even with so many new and exciting things to see, the National History Museum is still the most visited attraction in Wales. Don't be the only visitor who plays hooky!

He really made me see the light. This is much more than a sports massage. I was a real car crash, but I now learned from Marshal that although he is a miracle worker, the real work has to come from me. He has the perfect skill set to be my panel beater and knock me into shape. Sports massage is a great tool. Only I can fix myself. Listen to the man. He will change your life.

We specialise in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) under the guidance of Head Combat Sports Coach Paul Jenkins, and Personal Trainer Matt Bowring who programs the APE classes (Adult PE - Strength, Conditioning). There are a group of excellent coaches and Personal Trainers based here, who can work with you on strength, power, fight prep & rehabilitation. Beginners courses & personal training available.
An amazing gym with a great community of members and a variety of equipment. The gym floor itself is tailored more around functional training with a healthy selection of free weights, racks, sleds, med/slam balls, kettlebells, chains, ropes, etc.. The second floor is matted and as well as an octagon it houses multiple punch bags for you to use along with other fighting equipment such as pads and gloves. The classes that are held are great and there’s something for all levels both on the martial arts and strength & conditioning side. A real breath of fresh air from your big commercial gyms. On top of that the owners of the gym are lovely and the community they have created for its members is lovely to see. Couldn’t recommend enough..

Cardiff's first floatation therapy and relaxation centre located a few minutes away from Cardiff Central Station. Floatation is a healthy and natural way of achieving a deep physical and mental state of relaxation.
Im such a get up and go kinda person so this was a good test for me. The gentleman that runs the place is really helpful and informative, puts you really at ease which is what you want going into a place like this to relax. I really enjoyed the experience, but being that get up and go kind of nature I have, I did get a little fidgety towards the end. The experience was brilliant though from entering the building to leaving. Go check it out people!!
