Catedral de Pamplona

Reviewed By VeiledDancer

The Cathedral itself is worth the visit, but most people bypass the museum, which won awards for its design and curation. Truly worth a visit. Once a day (115am, in the winter), visitors are brought up the bell towers and it is worth the short climb for the spectacular view. It is also an interesting way to begin your tour of the museum, which includes the cloisters and the cathedral.

Colegiata de Roncesvalles

Reviewed By viaUAA - Ljubljana, Slovenia

If you stay in the Roncesvalles albergue you will definitely come across thic church that is within this monastery complex. It is opended all day, so you can visit it anytime and in the evening there is pilgrim mass at 8 p.m. If you take a pilgrim's dinner in the nearby restaurant at 7 p.m. you will have just enough time to catch the evening mass. Part of the mass is also pilgrim's blessing at the end, were they also read all countries from were today pilgrims are (for Spain they menion also the region).

Certainly worth a visit, with a beautiful cloister, impressive arches and simple alabaster windows- The Romanesque portico is gorgeous.
