Things to do in Lumut
First time visit to this restaurant and was invited by my friends - "locals". It seems to be operating in Sitiawan for some time. Lots of parking and choice of outdoor dining or air-conditioning comfort. Place is relatively clean and service is rated good.Basically serving Hock Chew dishes and we ordered the fish maw... most expensive dish but it's good and to be eaten hot. The curry fish fillet, with vege, is another new dish and I strongly recommend it. Another good dish we ate was the deep fried bitter gourd with salted egg really yummy. Standard food of Sitiawan that we ordered was pan fried mantis prawns and it was only so so. Would not recommend the salted fish pork belly as it's quality cannot be compare to those of KL.Price is reasonable and it's a good place for dining with friends or relatives.

Following our visit to the Tua Pek Kong temple nearby, we decided to give this restaurant a try. There are about 4 to 5 restaurants along this road and we picked this one as it has the most cars parked upfront (was about 12 noon on a weekday). Ample parking in front and it is a non air-conditioned restaurant. Service was good and we tried 4 dishes (3 were recommended to us): deep fried small fishes, Vietnamese style small mussels (La La), prawns (don't recall the name) and stirred fried morning glory (Kang Kong belacan) plus fresh coconut juice. Overall, a good experience coupled with good food (reasonably priced too at RM88 in total).

Fish mew soup, bean curd broccoli, sweet and sour ribs and etc etc. Yummy!!!Service, very eager to please us, due to full house, failed haha. Nevermind, I saw plenty customers filled their tea pot, grab some sauces, rice, empty plate, silver set all by themselves.... So, I suppose most of them were regulars. The restaurant was packed, people walking here and there, chit chatting hence it was noisy, and from time to time, as usual, heard the lady boss yelling this and that with her 100dB ultra pitch sexy voice. What a scene! Will be back for sure

We had pig's feet, tamarind squid, bean cake, red-wine noodle, bean thread vegetables, and fish maw soup. All delicious with red-wine mee hoon on the tart side and a bit fishy for the maw soup. Service & cleanliness was average and restaurant was air-conditioned. For the 12 of us the the bill was rm 128.

Good food nice ambiance. Good visit for family . Reasonable price . Friendly service and the other. Near by beach and jetty lumut .
Price for 'ikan siakap' is quite reasonable than other restaurants at Teluk Nipah. The taste is very delicious. For drink, you can request less sweet because for me it's too sweet. The chef is very nice and friendly.
This is the only chinese halal restaurant in the center of Lumut city. Tasteless compared with non-halal chinese food. Price is at high edge. 1 fish, 1 tau fu and 1 fish charge RM68. Will never re-visit
