Close to the Binz City center we found this Greek restaurant that offered outside dining. Service was super fast and friendly. Obviously they were instructed to be as quick as possible to ensure high turnover but not impolite just quick. Meal was OK but nothing special. I would rate it good if TripAdvisor would offer this rating. If you want to have a quick meal at an affordable price that's the place to go.

Die weiÃe Villa am Meer überzeugt mit einem gemütlichen Ambiente und einer schönen Cocktailbar. Frische, rund immer wechselnde regionale Speisen, Frühstück auf der Terrasse und der Meerblick runden den Besuch ab.
It was late and we were hungry. The first restaurant refused because it was after 9.00. This was fortunate as we tried the Villa Salve. The restaurant is well decorated, the food was prepared well ans served with a smile. We both has the carrot and ginger soup followed by the fish platter. This allowed us to taste four different types of fish. A little bit of ice cream to finish and this round off a pleasant evening. Prices were reasonable.

Im Kleinbahnhof Binz
Whilst not everyone may consider dining in the station restaurant, this is definitely a location to visit. There is a wide variety of excellent meals of offer at a very reasonable price. Service was fast and efficient even through the restaurant was quite busy. Tables on the balcony overlooking the station are especially popular on an evening. Well worth a visit.

In Plattdüütsch restaurant you will find big portions of north German food. We only had a main dish and did not finish it because it was so much! But the fish variations I had were very good and also my wife's Schnitzel was tasty. The interior is pretty nice, the people in the restaurant were all double our age!

The restaurant itself, its great decoration and furniture give a soul and a feeling one would have in an old library. Extremely cosy and warm, one could spend hours here. The service was impeccable, friendly and professional, on arrival and during our meal. We had a stunningly tasty pear and celery soup as a starter ( Birnen Selleriecremesuppe). We then each had the 'Himmel und Erde' ( black pudding with applesauce and mashed potatoes) and the 'Edel-Labskaus', specialities from Germany both of which we very much recommend. The quality and the sauces with the meat were particularly delicious. We couldn't resist ordering dessert and it is actually clever of them to offer smaller portions of creme brulee and chocolate tart which were both excellent. The wine we had was equally good. Why 5 stars? because for the price it was simply perfect, neither cheap nor expensive. We will definitely return there on our next visit to Binz.

We went last Thursday and were surprised to find "Spargel" already on the menu and ordered together with "Schnitzel". Food arrived and we were quite surprised...it was served with ham...When we asked for life and fork to be able to eat and asked again why the sparkle was served with ham the waiter got a little confused. He walked back to the kitchen (leaving us still without knife and fork) and came back, saying: "Sorry, it was my mistake, I ordered differently". So, again, I asked for knife and fork and my wife and I were able to start eating. When we asked for the bill there was no excuse, no discount, no "good-bye".Soory to say, but we will not be back!

A good place to have diner, suitable for romantic couples or large groups, tables are not too close from one another. French Parisian brasserie type, excellent service and good selection of wines. The fish catch of the day is very good.A very good experience overall.

Following recommendations on TripAdvisor we were lucky to get a table in Weltenbummler on a crowded Saturday evening. As they claim to have excellent steaks, we both tried the beef filet. And indeed the meat was cooked exactly as ordered, side dishes were good and the price was ok.The waitress brought the wrong bottle of wine (âIt was the only one I could findâ) and one of our two steaks was plain cold. Unfortunately we didnât see any waiter after the food was brought to our table, so I resorted to eating the cold steak. A compliment to the chef as even in that state the steak was still very good. We finished the main course, I told the waitress that the meat was cold, which was received with an âohâ and sat there for 30 more minutes, unable to order dessert. When another guest on the next table went to fetch a waiter, everybody around us started to pay and we joined in, afraid of the waiting time for more food.Overall, food is very good, service is friendly but lacking, at least on crowded evenings.Sorry about that!! We hope you join us again and than we serve it hot!! Sorry and see you soon! Sebastian

Having been to many Michelin Star restaurants we had to try this one. We ordered the 7 course. I am a pescatarian and they had no trouble adjusting my dishes. All were quite innovative and tasty. I was already so full by the 4th course. Very good service too. We highly recommend this restaurant.
