We had a very unpleasant situation here with our Chinese guests. We had a dinner at the restaurant and the bill was about 3500 hryvnas. In China there is no tradition to leave tips. Actually it is a huge offense in China. After the dinner the waiter ran after us shouting that we didn't leave tips. He was really rude. Today I have visited it with our Italian partners. The food is good, the place is good but the service is really bad. I had to remind the waiter about the water that I have ordered. He has brought the fish before borsh though we have pointed out we want to have borsh first. The waiters are rude and not pleasant Thank you for your feedback , your opinion is important to us . We fully agree with you that this situation is unacceptable and would like to take action . Can you please tell the name of the waiter who served you or how you may be contacted for further details.

We have been visiting this place from time to time. There service is pretty good, the waiters are polite. We tasted there very palatable burger set there that served with several kinds of fried potato, sauces and with salad from cabbage and carrot.The friend of mine ordered Cezar salad and it was good enough. The beer is tasty, and there are a wide variety of alcohol drinks, as well as snacks (fried pork ears are amazing!). In the end, we ordered lemon cheesecake and strudel with cherry, all it were very and very palatable! The place has pet friendly policy, and we bring our place with is. The waiter even bring him water :-) The Pub also offered hookah, it is good enough too. Recommend this place to visit, especially for big groups of friends :-)

The restaurant located in the historical centre of the city besides metro station Historical Museum. Location makes this 2 store restaurant always busy and even crowded, but the quality and availability of the food still in the standards. Prices are bit low so you can meet lots of students) Good as for fast food! But why only 1in the city?!

That was a fun place! Good beer and food. Decent prices. Try their pork knee! I asked the band to sing something in English, they performed AC/DC song! Also they have stage entertainment inside the building. So much fun, lots of music, singing competition, great voices.If you go to the bar, ask for the "angel nipples' drink. Lol!Thanks for the nice feedback. Glad to like it. We are waiting for guests again)

The restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of the city. Beautiful summer terrace. Inexpensive and delicious lunch, the price is up to $ 3. Lunch every day is different! Best dishes: pumpkin soup and steak. Interesting interior of the hall. Make the children's holidays. Powered wifi. I recommend this restaurant.Very long service. Even when few visitors can not submit a menu for up to 20 minutes and then do not accept the order for another 20 minutes. This negative trend is observed for a long time, almost 5 years. If you want to escape from everyday worries, then you direct road to Paris! This is the most cozy, calm and romantic place in Kharkov! Great service, polite staff, very tasty cooked, especially desserts! I love their Black sesame ice cream with halvah - yummy!Separate review deserves their menu - it can be read for hours ))) it is decorated very peculiar and with a sense of humor) dishes are described very original and appetizing.There are several halls here. My favourite is the cinema and the greenhouse. In the cinema you can watch a good kind movie and have a tasty dinner)The only small minus is the toilet - he is here one in seven halls and a very small (In any case - this is a great place!!! I definitely recommend )))

This restaurant is located in the very heart of Kharkiv city in a separate 2 floors house and is made as an aristocratic manor house with the inside decoration that supports the idea. The meals are great!There is a choice - traditional European cuisine as well as they offer Japanese meals like sushi and roles.2 floors of the restaurant are well equipped and well designed. Both have summer terraces. On the first floor you can smoke cigarettes and hookah. On the second floor at the terrace it is only IQOS allowed to smoke. It is unusual for all the restaurants of this First Line Group (this restaurant belongs to this Group) - usually they are standing for health life so it is prohibited to smoke in any their restaurants and Chekhov is the exception. There is a small yard with a parking for 5-6 cars.Nice place to meet and to eat.We've visited it twice - for lunch and for dinner. Good for children as well - children menu + toys and small zone for children to play + real birds in the cell.Our restaurant team thanks you for such a generous review!
