Find out what Central European restaurants to try in Bucharest. Vlad the Impaler stated his claim to Bucharest in 1459. His citadel on the Dambovita was the first of flotillas of palaces, many of which still stand. Four subway lines and a modern bus network transport visitors and commuters. Nicknamed "Little Paris", Bucharest's elegant early 20th-century architecture shows French influences. Don't miss the Village Museum, Romanian Athenaeum and the Peasant Museum. You can't miss the Palace of Parliament, the second-largest building in the world (after the Pentagon).

Have you ever dreamed of at a feast where relaxation and mood are beyond the false rules of etiquette? In a very special place, cuted off from everyday reality, the delicacies are saturated and the medieval scent of the place makes you want to feast with
Very good place with attractive atmosphere from medieval time. If you are meat lover and really hungry, thatâs the place to visit. Excellent for parties from small to bigger teams on dinner. Food delicious, testy, fresh and above all extremely awesome experience as you need to eat as a Knight, bear handed. No forks. Liked it a lot. I have seen many places but never something like that. For sure I will come again.

The first Micro-Brewery and restaurant situated in the Heart of Bucharest.
Berestroika is mixing the power of communism (transparency in the kitchen, beer making), homemade beer, Indian, Romanian and international foods. The place itself won't describe a brewery or Indian food place, it's a 19th century house with a big terace. The staff was quick ond nice. The menu is pretty big with a lot of options from Indian, Romanian, internaÈional cuisines. The beer is produced in 4 kinds: white, blonde, red, dark, the last two are my favorites. The food was good, not as spicy and hot as I would've imagined but decent enough for Europeans.

A friendly place served by open people, with a master chef that is pleased to fill your plate with fresh, tasty and healthy food . Traditional Romanian food is the speciallity in a small, simple and genuine location.
We liked this place very much - mainly because it is in a quiet part of the city, near the Jewish Quarter. We were welcomed into a lovely courtyard by a friendly host. The menu is extensive and we found it hard to choose what to have. The choices we did make were excellent - a good start to our Romania trip. Schnitzel (which was perfectly cooked) and a traditional pork stew with polenta. Bring your appetite because the portions are large! Service was friendly and attentive and our meal was very good value. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for your visit and for your review. Hope to see you again in your visit in Bucharest! All the best for you and your family!

One word : amaizing. Also, inventive, well-presented and delicious. The courses were all interesting and, at times, challenging. Strong and innovative flavours with perfectly paired romanian wines. For the full experience I recommend the Chefâs table.

Stadio has a simple menu, with an Italian style, but inspired from the Romanian kitchen traditions. The design sends you back to Londonâs 1960s restaurants, with interior details extracted from an industrial kitchen. The setup is almost theatrical in term
I eat at this restaurant since it opened. Originally it was designed as a pub for sport events and now it evolved in a very good modern restaurant. You will always find reinvented Romanian dishes and innovation here. Also you can still watch sport events and eat very good. The prices are suited for a city center but the quality is excellent.Marina was our waitress and she was great. She even surprised us with a cake for my birthday.Excellent choice!Dear Vlad,Thank you for your appreciation! Weâre so glad to hear that Stadio was and still is your favorite place to eat and hangout ! If you haven't already, install our app LinkEat and youâll have a variety of benefits at each visit in our restaurants: NOR â Sky Casual Restaurant, Stadio â Restaurant cu Atrium, Social 1, Cismigiu Bistro, Qreator.See you soon!Bogdan, The Guest Happiness Guy

Just around the corner from hotel down a side street we found a very good restaurant helped by the signs on the lampposts. A basic but complete menu offering Italian fayre from pizzas to pasta but other choices too. We went for the speciality of flame roasted rooster . Not disappointed. Beautiful cooked full of flavour and accompanied by special sauce. Served with different side choices from fries , roasted vegetables or spinach. Accompanied by reasonably priced beer and pleasant house wine the meal was filling and enjoyable and the service great.

We went there around 6 pm on Thursday. There was a few people and the choice of soups wasnât big. There was only one vegetarian soup (corn soup), because other vegetarian soups were sold out. The corn soup was good. It was cheap, Rumanian cuisine and you were full.
