This is a very polished operation, combining traditional tapas-style dishes with culinary invention and flair. Youâll find ultra fresh, flavoursome citrusy fish dishes, like scallop ceviche or tuna tartare, alongside slow cooked pork cheeks or beef, both meltingly unctuous. They recommend three dishes each, which provides you with a wonderful variety of combinations and textures. Foams and sorbets pop up enticingly where you least expect them, helping to ensure there is a light, almost playful touch. Good choice of matching wines too, so we never strayed towards the cocktails. A fruity red went down very well, as did two glasses of honeyed Moscatel. Due to good ratings at TA we have visited this restaurant. Thanks God I have done a reservation because upon arrival it was already fully booked.Fast we received the menu. No specials of the day are offered.So we ordered prawns and veggie roll with sweet chilli sauce, Tuna tartar, and suckling pig. All was prepared very well.The bottle of red wine, Bastion de la Luna, was of average taste and quality.Finally we got invited for a drink of the house.I can recommend this restaurant.My subjective rating: Ambiance: 3-4 pointsService: 3-4 pointsPrice and value for money: 3 pointsQuality and preparation of meals: 4 pointsPresentation of meals: 4 pointsCredit cards are accepted.

We had a recommendation from friends to go here and we were not disappointed!! We attempted to go on one night but as there was a large queue we asked when was a quiet time to come and were told between 1700-1900 hrs so we returned the following evening for our last meal before we came home. We still waited but for approx 5 mins but it was worth it! The staff were brilliant, the food was amazing and really reasonable priced. A perfect meal to end our break.

This was a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing - they walked through the entire menu, made recommendations, discussed the wine options, and just made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. The place is very small - definitely make a reservation and try to align to the Spanish timings, much livelier at 9PM vs. 7PM. We saw many people turned away for the evening due to it being fully booked. Highly recommend trying any of the specials - change frequently - and the red wine from Mencia. Our favorites were the Cocninita Pibil and the Tuna Tartare. Entire meal was quite affordable, including a bottle of wine and espresso to close. Amazing night out!

We saw this restaurant when passing and loved the decor and interesting menu so booked for later that day. The booking process was simple and smooth. When we arrived the staff were attentive and superbly informative. The food was fantastic and so was the wine. Even the decor had a story and was interesting! 5 star in every way ! Thanks a lot! We are glad you liked everything at Jobs Restaurant :) We hope to see you again!

This cozy little place is well worth going out of your way for. They are packed, so I'd advise a reservation (they did walk some folks around the corner to a sister restaurant who showed up without one). The food is exquisite, they have a great bar and wine list at a price that represents an exceptional value, at least for an American traveler. My wife and I chose to sit at the bar rather than at the two-top which was reserved for us; service there was gracious, efficient and even entertaining. The staff is multilingual and the welcome is a warm one.

This was fabulous. I've been disappointed so many times at booking highly rated restaurants that haven't lived up to expectation but this was superb. This is small and the whole place is looked after by one fabulous server who explains all the food in great detail. She also took time to try and find me Spanish wines I enjoyed after listening so carefully to my description of what I liked. We ate the best food and drank the best wine of our holiday and we ate in some really nice places. Slightly difficult to find - give yourself an extra 10 minutes! Do try the patas bravas. They were so good, and different, we had two portions!

This small restaurant on an unassuming corner had the most amazing food. It had been recommended by a Barcelona local in Brisbane, Australia and certainly did not disappoint. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating of English speakers. The food was fresh and beautifully presented and was the best we found on our 9 week trip. So much so that we went back a second time.

We had heard great things about the food and experience at Teoric and we were not disappointed. The staff was incredibly welcoming, informative and accommodating (even with two small children). Their food is all about local, farm-to-table experience with a creative interpretation of traditional Catalan food. The ingredients are undoubtedly of the highest caliber as everything we had was delicious. The cod filet, grilled octopus and blue cheese cherry tart (for dessert) were beyond words. Canât wait to go back (once the political riots go away!) *They donât have high-chairs for kids. I would highly encourage a reservation

Crowded, so just be prepared to wait - and to snuggle up to other diners. Service is excellent, Tapas delicious, Sangria divine - get the "big" one! And order the suprise. It's a LOT of food for two people and the choices are perfect and change all the time. The restaurant is in the heart of El Barri Gòtic with all its charm. We went there the first night of our stay and loved it so much we went back on the last night! Was an even better experience the second time!
