Restaurant type tavern-shop. Very nice and cozy. Very central, where you can taste a variety of typical Spanish and Catalan products. Ideal place to take and eat Tapas.
We had only intended to have a lunch time drink in the square. But decided to share a plate of patatas bravas. We soon wished we had ordered one each! If you are in Calella, you must try these they are unlike anyone else's.Muchas gracias!. Le esperamos ver de nuevo en nuestro local, es cierto, nuestras bravas son diferentes. son Bravas Porcus.

The Blue Bar Beach Club is at the seashore of Calella, a place with a 100% Mediterranean atmosphere. It is located on the sand of Calellaâs beach, rated as one of the best beaches of the Costa Barcelona. Its location makes it a perfect place for a snack,
We popped in here after a spot of shopping. Itâs beautifully situated on the beach! Itâs lovely for drinks but the food wasnât the best. Itâs also quite expensive! We had two beers, two soft drinks, nachos and some snack things and was nearly â¬40! If you want a nice drink great, if your looking for more I would go elsewhere. The insides lovely and the staff friendly!

We went to Maritim on our second night in Calella, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I love clams (almejas) and had to order them, my partner went for sardines a la plancha and calamares not romana but house style. We also ordered the house salad. All plates arrived more or less at the same time, were hot, fresh and extremely tasty. The waiter only told me that the clams were cooked in a bit of white wine, so the taste of the fresh fennel in the sauce was a nice surprise! Each plate was about 6-8 ⬠(massive pot of almejas being the exception at 12 â¬) and the bottle of Albariño at 19 ⬠the most expensive bottle of white wine on the menu and the perfect match for our (sea)food.Even though we were pretty full and definitely satisfied, we had to order another plate: sepia a la plancha - Wow! I only wish Iâd have space to try out more dishes! If you like seafood and/or fish, go to Maritim!

We visit this restaurant from time to time and the fish is always fresh and delicious. Furthermore, all food is gluten free so it's the perfect place for celiacs. Thank you so much! Food was fantastic, absolutely brilliant. Atmosphere and host were equally good, honestly lovely. Family all agreed. Setting was also great, courtyard with an open roof and also a traditional enclosed area. Very cosy without feeling small. Couldnât rate highly enough. Ate there every day once we found it.

It has an elegant, fresh and mediterranean atmosphear, just in front of the sea. We offer Mediterranean cuisine of proximity, with fresh ingredients from the harbor of Blanes. We are specialized in rice, beef and fish cooked in Josper ovens. We also have
Had super family dinner here last night. Great mix of local dishes with some burgers and steaks also. Cheerful engaged staff took time to explain any queries we had. Excellent wine list. Most customers were Spanish/Catalan with a lot of regulars judging by interactions with staff....always a good sign. We booked 48 hours in advance and on the night it was fully booked from 8pm on. A short enough walk from Calello train station and worth travelling for. Thanks for recomending us!We are glad that you enjoyed your visit at NUI Beach. It will be a pleasure to welcome you again on your next visit in Calella.Kind Regards,Montse Bruguera - Manager NUI Beach

My friend and I visited here based upon Trip Advisor reviews - and we were not disappointed. This restaurant is a genuine slice of traditional Spanish cuisine - we were the only English speaking customers; everyone else was Spanish. Always a good sign. Staff - particularly the owner - were personable, helpful and attentive. The wine selection was vast and so reasonably priced, whilst the food was some of the best we have tasted. Get there before 8.30 to guarantee a table - thoroughly and highly recommended.
