hello we are waiting you if you want to eat so delicious speciliaties near the beach, with a beautiful view on PAIN DE SUCRE and Guadeloupe.see you soon beatrice
This very attractive spot was close to our rental property and the dive store, so one day we called in after diving for lunch. Service was slow but the view is stunning and the beers cold so we didn't mind. The food was excellent, especially the accras, best we tasted on our trip. The second time we visited we had a reservation but I think our order got lost, we nursed 2 beers for 1.5 hours before our main course showed up .... no starter or our drinks .... so we sent it back and waited some more. We got 2 more beers and a starter eventually but my then meal appeared to have been kept warm and was very disappointing. We were not charged for the starter or 2 beers but the experience was ruined and it was to have been a special occasion.2 large tables fully occupied the 2 staff for the entire lunch service. Didn't return again :<

Bar lounge in terre de haut
We have tried acres in dozens of restaurants through the Caribbean and there is nobody that serves better acras than le Citrus Lounge Bar. Always delicious with their accompanying sauce Creoline - just the right heat and flavour. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. A perfect spot for a before dinner stop!!!

Une bonne adresse qui m' a été conseillée par les locaux
Been here a few times. They always do a good fixed price menu option and the food is excellent. It is a bit out of the way but if you're walking from the centre of town to Plage de Pompiers you will eventually come to the local sports ground. Instead of continuing straight on to the beach bear turn left and then, when the road forks again stay on the right and head for an admittedly sad looking beach - the restaurant is on your right.Worth a detour compared to the restaurants on the stretch into Plage de Pompiers.

Great seaview but the food was nothing special. Expensive for the quality and the quantity given. We were really disapponted and sure we will never return in this restaurant. Most probably frozen food is served. We found much better restaurants in this island with interesting price, quality.

The ambience is nice; it is quiet enough for conversation. Sadly, they allow smoking. Our party had very good meals and especially recommends the lamb chops. The cassoulet was disappointing. The service was good and the prices appropriate to a high-quality restaurant. It was a nice evening, but not so outstanding that we will be regulars in the future.

Enjoyed our lunch so much yesterday, we came back again for lunch today. Beautiful setting on the water, great service but food is the star. I enjoyed the oussous fricasse and hubby loved the gnocchi with shrimp and veggies. Both had excellent sauce. Today we enjoyed the house special, Tuna Tataki. Amazing!!

This restaurant is stunning and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very original with some really unusual flavour combinations and the cocktails were fab- banana daiquiri is my new favourite! It's a hefty price tag, we would say it was worth it.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel and were very happy with it. It is very popular and the hotel reserved a table for dinner for us earlier in the day. As others have said this small restaurant is right on the beach and a beautiful place to eat on a balmy tropical evening. The staff were friendly and helpful and speak some English if necessary. We chose from the 25 euro menu for 3 courses which offers plenty of choice. It specialises in seafood and local specialities with a Creole twist but meat options are also available. I sipped a Planters' Punch and my partner had a beer whilst making our choices and we both chose seafood dishes which were delicious. We each had a glass of wine with our meal. There were about eight dessert choices. The chocolate mousse was very good and so was the banana flambé! There are many restaurants to choose from in the little town here on Terre de Haut and as we only had two nights we were pleased we were recommended 1 Ti Bo Doudou. It's a Creole phrase and you need to ask the proprietor its meaning! It opens at 7pm and booking is definitely recommended. Our total bill including drinks and tax was 70 euros which we thought was good value.

The food is very tasty with local specialities. We had La Santoise and La crêpe salade from the salad list. The owner speaks English and we had a long and nice chat with him about Les Saints. We recommend the place for anyone looking for tasty food and great and fast service. :)
