Visited with my mom a Sunday night. Ordered the "trifongo lobster stuffed balls"...it was delicious!!! Had the mofongo with shrimp and that was also very flavorful. This place offers simple good quality local food at reasonable prices and is definitely worth a visited. I recommended to a friend visiting from NY and was surprised that she actually found the place (it's not touristy area) and pleased she enjoyed it! I'll be returning when back in PR!

Carribean Cuisine and seafood. It is close to Palmas Del Mar
Went twice this trip. food is good. atmosphere is simple. First trip was excellent . Second trip we were overcharged significantly which we didn't appreciate we will be back. But not this trip. Disappointed that some people are dishonest. Ask for prices up front as they have no menu.

We were promptly greeted at the door and were provided a quick overview of the specials and food right after sitting. Then simeone came and explained how all dishes come with a salad and side. He took our drink order. Our server very patiently took our order and helped my son select what to order. The food was excellent, my 11 yr old son asked for more, so I ended up buying food to go as well. I recommend the mofongo, arroz mampostiao, majado de malanga and filete de mero. For desert try the fried cheesecake! The taste and presentation of the food as well as the service were outstanding. We will definitely return! Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Zona Fresca is a local restaurant located in beautiful Palmas del Mar. We offer a great variety of home made food from hamburgers and pastas to steaks and chicken accompanied with the best rice and beans around, fried plantains, etc. Come join us for some
Zona Fresca was a favorite of my family last year when we were last at Palmas Del Mar. Not this year. The pasta dish was terrible. The churrasco steaks were inferior cuts and over-cooked. Drink selection is quite limited. Service was decent and pleasant and the prices were not expensive, but Zona Fresca is clearly inferior to many other choices in the Palmanova Plaza.

With our first visit, we felt right at home at this friendly outdoor restaurant. The service was wonderful. Our waitresses, Maria and Mary, were kind and attentive to our needs and made excellent recommendations from the menu. On our second visit, Maria remembered our faces and our drink order! We highly recommend any of the shrimp dishes, the chicken dishes, the mofongo, and the beans and rice, They have great prices too! We had guests during our month long visit to Puerto Rico from Mississippi and El Limon was the first place we took them for a meal out! Our guests loved it too!

Went here for New Years Eve, we had the skirt steak and the shrimp. Both were amazing, service was great. We also had the flan for desert which was also excellent. Definetely recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent place to eat in Palmas del Mar. Great location, excellent outside bar, awesome servers, great quality ingredients, Caribbean recipes with international twist in a creative manner. Very well executed and varied appetizers. One of the best places to eat in Palmas Del Mar. Top of my list!!!

Popped in on a Monday after walking up hill from the marina looking for good food. We certainly found it. Glass of Albariño and delicious fish tacos for me and a perfectly cooked burger with mushrooms and Swiss cheese and some cold beers for the Hubbie.Lovely service and designated restrooms v the communal ones in the plaza some other places have.

Dante was our outstanding host/server. He spoke English and helped make our dining experience even more enjoyable. My husband ordered the Mahi-Mahi and I ordered the Red Snapper Filet. We both ordered our fish blackened. When served, the presentation was both professional and appetizing to the eye. The meal was delectable and the service was impeccable! Ivan, the owner, was hands on helping as the restaurant was extremely busy. Before our departure Dante shared a tasty Puerto Rican remedy to help with our overindulgence and paid tribute to us and our home state of Indiana. Pura Vida is a must do. We will be frequent guests. Saludo!
