We needed a place close to our hotel the Holiday Inn Express. Being a franchise of a chain we are familiar with we thought it would be a good choice. And it was. The restaurant was quite busy and therefore noisy which is to be expected I guess. We had a medium pizza which was tasty and served our needs well. Service was a bit slow but then again they were busy.

On a whim, I dropped into Mario's after many recommendations from locals. I ordered all-dressed pizza & it was wow...lots of toppings & really good cheese. I like pizza that is juicy & that's what I got. Clean & tidy inside...basic menu but terrific pizza. I'll be back next week.

It was by purely coincident we found this wonderful restaurant; we came for the Montgolfiéres but the rain changed our mind. We drove pass and saw the restaurant was pretty packed, a good sign cant go wrong, and surely it was nice surprise. The restaurant serves porc. We had the Belgo burger and Méga dog, for the kids, une moyenne Gourmande. The pick was purely by random and trust me they were not a disappointment at all. The portion is enough, we all enjoyed very much. The interior décor is a yellow school bus, don't know if there is a special reason for that, and they have a corner for kids showing some TV programs. Overall it is a pleasant experience.

We were celebrating my Nephew graduating the from the Canadian Armed Forces Leadership and Recruit School and needed a restaurant near by as he only had leave for a few hours. We found Pizza Richelieu and were not disappointed. They easily accommodated our group, gave us English menues as they noticed we did not speak French. The restaurant owner came by and spoke with us and gave us pizza recommendations. The pizzas are made in a wood burning oven and were amazing.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our taxi driver the evening before. Took him up on his suggestion and couldn't have been happier. Great coffee, breakfast mimosas and various delicious eggs Benedict options. Service was prompt and atmosphere was lovely. Great breakfast joint.

Le Dorchester is a pub with great cocktails, local beers and a variety of home made dishes in a sports bar kind of atmosphere. We also have a dinning room which is a quieter more contemporary atmosphere. You can also call a head and reserve a private room
The duck was delicious. If you want a plate of meat and no vegetables, perfect! It was our anniversary dinner so we decided to treat ourselves. We ended up annoyed with the owner and disgruntled. Had he offered our drinks on the house to replace our bad impression we wouldn't be writing this review. Pompous and over priced. We live in this town and haven't been back since.

We change the regular fast food into a super modern meals! In the menu we have Big Burgers, Good Poutines, Big Hot-Dogs, amazing grilled cheese and of course some GOOD BEER!
You can get Poutine almost everywhere in the Québec province... gravy, fries and cheese curds are the essentials and only components of a traditional Poutine. What makes spécial at La Plank is there home made gravy. The cheese is good and the fries also. However if they would use peanut oil instead of plain shortening they would be amazing! Like many hip bistros, the selection of Poutine is imaginative, the burger humongous! Great service and the location is nice, no far from the canal. A must try!

The menu, the decor, the coffee & waffles...this little restaurant with a small terrasse in the summer offers a Belgium menu ! The staff is very nice and dressed in a European stylish approns that reminds you that you are not in an ordinary restaurant. The fish soup is delicious, salmon paninis are great, desserts, many choices for coffees, also has a small gift shop where you can purchase Belgium chocolates, special teas, mugs and all sorts of specialized items.

The deep fried cod was fantastic. I took 2 pieces with the fries which are done quebecois style - so good! The coleslaw was also delicious that came with it. Only thing was the entree salad was a bit weird covered with pieces of pineapple watermelon and tomato. The salad leaves didnât seem fresh. Would skip the salad in the future. Service was just âokâ nothing spectacular.
