Our group decided to go here for lunch. It was absolutley great. Couldn't possibly eat the amount of Nachos on the plate-- but were they tasty. Homemade guacamole. Some ladies had the flatbreads and really liked them. The wings went over big because they were not coated in thick batter. The menu is small but very tasty and reasonably priced. There was a good choice of beers for the ladies who wished to have it and a choice of great soda for those who were driving. Highly recommend this place.So glad you and the gals had a nice time! We went here last night for supper. Luckily we decided to get there a little earlier than usual, around 4:30 pm, because every table except one was reserved. I guess I would recommend a reservation to be sure of a seat. We got one of the specials, eggs Benedict on a potato rosti. You could have it with either ham or smoked salmon - we chose ham. The hollandaise sauce was made with lobster butter. It was delicious. I also had the pineapple mango iced tea. It was sweet and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious, flavourful meal. My husband and I have enjoyed every meal we have had here. Reading this over, I just realized that I used the word ‘delicious ‘ a lot. I can’t help it, it’s the best word to use.

This cafe is located as you enter Kingston. It offers a city cafe feel with small town hospitality, reasonable prices and delicious food that meets the needs of all customers.The Green Elephant serves those who are gluten free, vegetarian, and keto- friendly. You can get a specialty coffee to go or a full sit down meal. Everything on the menu will please you!

We popped into this Subway on the way to a picnic lunch at the shore. The restaurant was extremely clean, fresh and as modern as the ones in Ontario. The bathroom was also maintained and clean. GREAT service and the sandwich was delicious!

Well as I grew up and older I always was eating here but at that time I did not have any conduct or knowledge of safe food practices. I would not eat here, I dont believe safe food practices are followed, The store front that customers use and see is soiled or dirty, dusty so it makes me believe the back of the store or kitchen is sub par to that.It is outdated seating and decor. If you want good pizza you might want to travel to Kingston. The only thing I can say is the garlic fingers from here were amazing...key word were.I miss them.

I have been waiting for this restaurant to open. It is the site of my favourite restaurant which closed because the owners were facing family health issues....a very sad story. They were wonderful people and ran a fabulous restaurant...the best steaks in the Province to us! Now the Bistro 300 coffee house has opened there. Chalkboard menu....build your own sandwiches, or buy their regular or high end sandwiches, soup, full coffee menu and a can do staff. Today I went in to size the place up. MId morning with a lot of people in and out.....very capable staff. Off to a great start and I wish them well. The restaurant is operated by the same management as the very successful Capital Pub across the street.

My 2 daughters and I visited this place late night in December 2013. We were quite hungry so ordered pizza and garlic cheese fingers. Quite a bit of seating in the establishment, although very lunch counter type place. The persons working there were "from away" and gave the place an air of authenticity. Service was quick, the food was tasty and good value.

I love this place. The ambiance is great....the old Capitol theater in Middleton, complete with mementos of the place....The service every time I've been in has been great, friendly and competent.I had the breakfast for lunch and can honestly say that the REAL ham I had was the best tasting I ever had in a restaurant....And I like Ham. Great job.....Highly reccomend

Long sunny winter day.......temperture not bad - hunger rating high. Sounds like fish 'n chips night for take out at the Scoop. Oh, and don't forget the onion rings!!!! Well, we booked it for five o'clock pick up.....READY. Two - two piece fish:DELICIOUS. The fries toasty hot: GREAT. The onion rings were nice solid zero shape: PERFECT. So - whether dining in, or taking out - you cannot miss on a meal prepared by the Scoop!

Went to Angie’s for supper on a Saturday. It was quite busy, but we were seated right away. We all had their fish, two one piece and two two piece. Unless you are a really big eater, the one piece is more than enough. Great big piece of fish done in a tasty crisp batter. So good. Will go back here for sure.We thank you very much for the great review! Fresh local haddock is always an excellent choice.
