Went in for breakfast and was blown away with all the choices they had to offer. Sweet and savoury choices, as well as traditional and off the wall ones - a breakfast poutine ( eggs, sausage, hash brown potatoes, and curd cheese are presented in a casserole dish with lots of hollandaise sauce) was both fun, and, most importantly delicious.Prices are very fair and coffee is included too.

St. Hubert is one of my favorite food! Meals delicious and very clean atmosphere! Service quick and cashiers very friendly! I go at least once a month! The only complaint is that I find a little expensive!

We decided to give this place a try...it's a somewhat new place in town. A former restaurant (Terrace du Sud) had been in this location for years...it closed and reopened as this place....so we gave it a shot. First impression - the decor is better. The menu is similar. Pizza, pasta, deli, Chinese, grill etc.The temperature in the place was too cold for comfort...I wanted to keep my jacket on. Our waitress Manon was friendly enough but made no effort to even try to speak English even though she heard our conversation amongst ourselves. We ordered a half litre of red wine that was super cold....any decent restaurant owner should know that red wine is not to be chilled. We tried to warm our glasses with our hands...One person in our party ordered the veggie canzone...it was tasty and the fries were really good. The other person ordered the smoked meat platter....disappointing....very little smoked meat and we are sure it was the kind that comes in a frozen pouch...not carved fresh like the former restaurant on these premises. The music playing in the place was loud and upbeat....not great if you want a relaxing dinner.I really wanted to like this place...but I don't. I won't go back.

This simple, recently renovated, restaurant offers very good options for lunch. But importantly, they also offer a very good variety of home made food to take home. Not to be missed is their great "saucissons" and preserves.Very nice and competent staff.

We had never eaten at Med Pizza before. We did not know it existed. We were looking for a place for lunch with a variety of options as we passed through Cowansville. We wanted more than a burger joint could offer. Med Pizza offered that and more. The lunch menu is broken down by one price per page. This price includes soup, main course, dessert and coffee. The soup was vegetable and loaded with vegetables and flavorful. The servings are huge. I had pizza with cesaer salad. The vegetarian pizza is delicious. Only thing that would have been better was if the green olives had been black. The salad had been tossed fresh so it was crisp and inviting. Took 1/2 of the pizza home. Impossible to eat all of it. My husband had the smoked meat plate and left about 1/3 because he simply could not eat all of it. Both were delicious. The service was friendly and efficient. This is a very bilingual restaurant. There were 4 dessert choices and the two we chose were delicious. Lunch for 2, under $30.00. And it did not taste like the standard pub food. It actually tasted homemade and was not over salted.

Stopped here for dinner before a show at Ãglise Emmanuel and it was a good choice. Dining solo, sat at bar. I don't speak French, but staff was very friendly in accommodating me. Great beer selection, had a burger and fries. Large portions, burger cooked to order perfectly. Pizzas also looked good and will try that next time, or if I have a bit more time (or am with a guest) try a full steak dinner!

Nice place in a basic everyday setting. Good food at a good price...not to mention great beer. Nothing over fancy but more relaxed at home setting. 2 meals with 2 drinks for $40 is always a good deal.

Come enjoy a savory dish at La Fine Gueule. Come relax on their terrace under the sun. They are open after-hours from Thursday to Saturday. You can get there by car. Payments by Visa, MasterCard, Interac and American Express are recognized.
Went to Fine Gueule with my husband and daughter for the lobster festival, which was well advertised at restaurant. Got there at 6:50pm and sat there for 40 minutes before anyone took our order. We were given water though and had our drinks ordered. Our orders arrived at 8:30 !!! We were famished and by that time had very little wine left in our glasses, so we reordered a glass for our daughter. The lobster was very good, but the rice was dry and hard, as though it had been prepared earlier and rewarmed. There were no vegetables or anything else included with the meal. no entree with the 28.00$ price tag, except a small container of garlic butter in which to dip your lobster in. Overall a very poor display of a delicious Canadian seafood, which we make a point of encouraging. The wait was inexcusable, the service poor and the prices too high for what you get. The only reason to go to Fine Gueule, would be to have a breakfast on the weekend as the service is quick (you cannot make eggs sit). My advice is, go a few paces down the street to Carrement Bon, bring your own wine and enjoy a fabulous meal prepared by Patrick. Will definitely not be going back to Fine Gueule for dinner.

This is a relatively new place in Cowansville. The menu contains mainly vegan/vegetarian fare but there are some choices with fish and chicken. The food was excellent. So good in fact we went back a second time!

Small restaurant and wine bar using wild, local cuisine and fresh products to create a beautiful range of appetizers and entrees. It's complemented by a carefully selected list of organic and natural wines, by the glass or by the bottle. Stop by for a dri
We were hoping to try this restaurant last summer (2017), however they were still under construction. This past weekend with friends, we were delighted to see that they were finally opened. It was worth the wait. While were the only ones in the restaurant on a cloudy Sunday afternoon, the service was friendly and prompt. Menu is not extensive but the choices are outstanding. My husband ordered the rabbit fettuccine and I had the fish & chips (snack menu). Both were outstanding. Our friends order the pheasant poutine, a soup (cannot remember the name) along with the beet & paprika chips. Everything was excellent as we could see from the empty plates. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again if we are in the area. Thanks a lot for your detailed review! It's really appreciated! We're glad you enjoyed your experience here.
