Have stayed here off & on for last 13years. In our camper van. Allways been a great stay & clean & tidy. This time The showers looked like they had not been cleaned today. The place has gone backwards. Booked 2 night only stayed 1 as didn't want to use showers again.

Stayed in a one bedroom motel which was very clean, well insulated and refreshingly modern. Outside our room there was a massive fenced lawn area for the kids to run around in and chromecast was attached to the TV so you could play the kids' favorites whilst you cooked dinner. Service was fantastic! After a long drive we were greeted by a cheerful face who provided all the information we needed and they even offered to post a lost toy for free after we had left. Loved their dedication to recycling and compost. Just a short walk under some beautiful trees to the lakefront. We will be staying the next time we are back in Wanaka.

The park, facilities and the staff were wonderful. Close to town with a lovely walk, aviaries and a wonderful playground for the kids. In the summer time or warmer season I can only imagine it would be very pleasant. We stayed in winter and it was freezing cold. The Chalet we stayed in was cold in winter, so would not recommend this unit.

Beautiful sheltered holiday park with accommodation to suit all budgets, Closest holiday park to the Otago uni, Dunedin hospital and the botanical gardens. On the banks of the lovely Leith stream with access to bush walks and glow worms yet only 1km from the main street. Top Quality - Best Value.
We needed a place to stay for just one night in Dunedin and found this and it ticked all the boxes for us! Warm, clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed in a self contained cabin with private bathroom. Would definitely recommend and stay here happily again.

We stayed in the domes. They were really lovely. Beautifully set out with everything you need. A magic blend between camping and 5 star luxury. The staff were amazing, the area was nice and quiet and the outdoor spa pool was perfect temp. We didn’t want to leave and couldn’t recommend the place enough. Enjoy!

Absolutely beautiful location with all brand new amazing modern facilities. We especially loved the washing machines using eftpos rather than cash - this was so helpful for us while travelling. Overall we really loved our stay here, would 100% recommend!

We have been staying as regulars in Arrowtown for approximately 35 Years. We arrived Easter Friday to check in as regulars. There were new Managers who had been there three weeks. There was an error in our booking made by previous management as site numbers had been changed. Very simple to fix just move one of our caravans along one. The new Manager was on the defensive from the beginning and unable to cope with this. She told us from the beginning that she was sick of regulars coming in and thinking they owned the place. She had been telling other customers and us that "This is how it is, if you don't like, leave, just go, You know the way out" Her husband refused to move our caravan for us saying "We would have to move it ourselves". We had been standing like stunned mullets while this woman ranted and raved abut how he had been left with no staff, had to cope with all these problems and was sick of regulars. I ventured to say that her customer service was appalling and she flew into a rage shouting "Get out, Get out, Just Go". When I turned to leave she changed and said in a sarcastic voice. "Bye Bye, See You, Bye. We left and drove home. I sent a letter of complaint to the Directors of the Company that Lease this camp from the Queenstown Lakes District Council and after three weeks received an email saying I had been insensitive to the Manager because she was under stress. They also said that if I made an apology to the Manager I could stay on but if I didn't then I needed to remove my caravan by 1 July. We had already decided that we could not tolerate this treatment. My son and daughter- in -law were allowed to stay on. You can guess what we did. Removed our caravans. I advise if planning to visit to the Arrowtown Holiday Park check to see if the same managers are there and if so move on by. A shame as this is an excellent camp and town. Several other regulars have reported to us that they were treated badly also but not to the extent that we were. Disgusting customer service and people skills by both Managers and the Directors.

The kitchen and bathroom facilities good. (Yes I did wear jandles when showering but I did on every other camp ground too). Cabin was old, with a small fridge and TV. Unfortunately the floor could've done with a good clean. I know times are tough for places but if we do our bit and stay there, and pay the same price as at a Top 10 (where you know what you'll get), please do your part. Also this is only the 2nd accomodation where we have stayed in 3 weeks, where a vaccine pass is not required. Make of that what you like.
