With hundreds of man-made lakes, state parks, casinos, museums and nightlife and dining opportunities in revitalized downtown areas in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, there is a lot to see and do in the Sooner State. The state is dotted with phenomenal lakes where swimming, boating and bass fishing are the most desired activities. Some of the state’s most popular lakes include Broken Bow Lake located near the Quachita Mountains; Grand Lake in the northeastern corner of the state at the foothills of the Ozark Mountains and Lake Murray in the hills in the southern part of the state.
While the state is known for its many outdoor activities like great fishing, golf, hiking, canoeing and boating, make sure you don’t overlook its fantastic museums. Heading the list are Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa, featuring the world’s largest collection of art and artifacts from the American West; the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, which tells the story of the American Cowboy; and the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, which has a permanent collection of American and European art. A venerable family favorite activity is Frontier City Amusement Park in Oklahoma City, which has dozens of rides and shows.

This was our 2nd girls trip using Sundowner's Juniper Haven Cabin. Both stays were amazing. The cabin is clean & comes with basically everything you need for a weekend getaway. All the comforts of home. The location is great and the price is very reasonable. We are already planning our next trip!!

The perfect location to relax, unplug and unwind. Bring your favorite board games and snacks for family time indoors or tell camp stories, enjoy hikes and make memories that last while soaking up a beautiful sunset from your private deck or patio, complete with outdoor seating and a private grill. There's something for everyone! More than just a mountain view - each of our comfortable, rustic cabins are uniquely furnished and scattered along the mountainside. Experience the small-town charm and family environment offered by Davis, Oklahoma or enjoy Southern Oklahoma's own National Park, the Chickasaw National Recreation Area or The Lake of the Arbuckle's - located in nearby Sulphur, Oklahoma. Our cabins are conveniently located off I-35, in the Arbuckle Mountains and just one mile from the tallest waterfall in Oklahoma at Turner Falls Park in Davis, Oklahoma.
I had such and enjoyable time that I can't wait to go back! These cabins are older, but well maintained and clean. I loved the rustic look and feel. Lots of fresh air and peaceful quiet and WOW what a view of the stars! The air conditioning worked great and the bed was comfortable, too. I've told all of my friends about it and we're hoping to make it a group trip next time.

The camping fun goes year-round at this truly unique American West camping experience in Oklahoma City! Come stay in our Conestoga wagons patterned after the great pioneer wagons used in the 19th century to settle the west or our unique teepees featuring beautiful, hand painted murals on the exterior and wooden poles for support all to exemplify the traditional nomadic teepee design. We offer experiences for camping AND glamping in our temperature controlled wagons or teepees. Take a more traditional approach and camp in our Conestoga wagons. We provide deluxe mattresses, but guests will need to bring their own bedding or sleeping bags. We have four wagons in this style and can accommodate up to 32 campers. Or try out the popular glamping experience in our wagons or teepees and enjoy deluxe mattresses with bedding provided. In total there are nine glamper wagons across two separate campgrounds that can accommodate up to 48 guests. We have five teepees in total that can accommodate up to 13 guests. Restrooms with showers as well as access to our Michael Phelps Signature Series Swim Spa and more are available for our both camping and glamping experiences!
I don't know where I'd stop on giving stars to the experience of glamping at the Orr Family Farm in a conestoga wagon. Rachel the manager is so AMAZING!!! We happened to stay the night of an Oklahoma thunderstorm & Dr. Orr and his security guard were quick to make sure we were safe and let us know when we could go back to our wagon. The only downfall was that most of the farm is closed in the summer so not a lot of activities. Would definitely stay again in the fall!!!

Our Beavers Bend Cabins are ideal for families, couples, large group outings or corporate retreats. Private stocked fishing ponds, with a nine hole disc golf course, make our getaways quite unique. It is the value of the land and the ability to enjoy it in it's natural setting that we focused on with each and every property. Our Broken Bow Cabins are just minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park, Oklahoma.
Place was absolutely serene! Everything thing we needed was there, clean, and cozy! Our children caught fish to start off their Easter Sunday, followed by egg hunts, and s’mores. The only thing my family and I had to do was show up, and enjoy ourselves which we did down to the very last minute. We fell in love with this little slice of paradise, and are already planning our return trip! We made so many memories and will cherish them always! Thank you for a beautiful home away from home.

I was looking around in camp store and was approached by an owner. He complained about a 30 people party he had days ago. I told him I might have some visitors and he informed me they needed to register when they arrived. I said OK. When my visitors arrived and my friend was trying to order some campfire wood, the owner said he needed to charge my visitors a day rate of $6 each. Not sure why he felt like he needed to discuss charges with my friend. I asked him to not discuss anything with my guests and he EMPHASIZED repeatedly he was the owner and can talk to whoever he wanted to anytime he wanted to. He kept coming to our patio and asking my guests if he was doing anything wrong and that he needed to charge them. I had a friend stay at another spot and he asked me how many guests my friends had. I told him to ask them if he wanted to know. I asked him to leave us alone but he wouldn't. He even accused me of treating his employees rudely when all I did was make a comment that the camp was smaller than I expected. The co-owner showed up and EMPHASIZED they were the owners and can discuss anything with any of my guests and they didn't have to discuss with me, who would be the one responsible for the cost of the cabin. Cops came and I explained the situation and the cops said that from that point on the owners will leave my guests alone and discuss only with me about charges. The Co-owner said she would refund that night's rate and gave us 1 hour to leave. Checking out she charged me overnight fees for all my guests, who didn't even stay overnight. She called me a liar but ended up refunding the extra charges. Grills were dirty from last guests bbq-ing. Food particles were still stuck on grill. Grill brush were used with food particles stuck on it. Much smaller than expected No scheduled activities for families For the price you pay, not worth it at all. I would never go back there. My guests said they wouldn't even stay there for free.

Just outside OK City, a quiet camp ground well-maintained with level sites and easy access fir big rigs (41 feet towing 22foot trailer and didn’t have to disconnect). Bath house private with sink and toilet behind locked door. WiFi the best we’ve ever seen at an RV pard with 10-15 MBPS speed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Located just east of OK City but with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the like. Tinker AFB is here and is a large part of the area. We’ll definitely be back when in the area.

After 10 years we have closed the drive in theater permanently. Our pull through sites are 75 feet long and 25 feet wide, well gravelled. Each site has a large bermuda yard. We have laundry and bathrooms available, along with strong internet. We also are willing to help any way we can with RV parts and service.
Loved this park. Long pull thru sites, and wide too. They also have a repair shop on site. Owner was a very nice guy. There are permanent residents all on the outer rim of the park, but that wasn’t a problem. Sites are gravel with a nice grass area. There is a drive in theater on site. Didn’t run any movies while we were there. There is a Walmart a little ways up the road. Would definitely stay here again, we stayed a week.

What a great KOA. Easy access and great sites. All concrete pads with lots of landscape between spaces. The grass is so green and thick for March we were blow away as were our dogs. The facilities, showers, bath and pool area is very clean and presentable. Casino van comes when you call so you have the best of both worlds.

Come enjoy some R&R in your choice of five hand built, log cabins, cottages, and a real 1949 Missouri Pacific train caboose. Everything is fully loaded with all appliances including hot-tubs,a double sized jacuzzi bath, and even a suspended bed. We value your privacy so these cabins are very secluded. Great for that special occasion or getaway Extras include: Wraparound porch, large open deck, hammocks, custom picnic baskets, private hot-tubs, private massages, floating bed, fire pits, Jacuzzi tub, creek side views, and hiking trails.
For this stay, we rented Redbud Cabin for the weekend. There was a last minute cancellation so we snagged it right up. I can’t say enough amazing things about these cabins. They are absolute heaven! We previously stayed in their Love Shack cabin, but I think I loved Redbud even more. The creek runs right through the back so the sounds are beautiful. The hot tub on the deck is perfect. And the owners, they take care of the property and their customers. We were the lucky winners of a free package that included balloons, chilled champagne, chocolates, and a charcuterie board. If you need a place to reconnect, this is the Percy escape. No cell phone service, no WiFi, no worries! I can’t say enough about how perfect these cabins are.
