Camping Village Eurcamping

A green paradise for your children as well as healthy fun in a huge playground. That’s how we ensure peace and quiet for parents. Eurcamping offers families a comfortable, quiet, safe and fun stay on its camping site. In fact, the site is far from the railway line and from major roads, entirely fenced, with a single supervised entrance and a CCTV system. At night we have an internal security service. For exclusive access to the campsite, all our guests receive coloured bracelets at check-in. In addition, the wristbands allow us to distinguish at a glance our guests from visitors. The town of Roseto degli Abruzzi can be reached by car, bicycle or on foot northwards along the seafront. An entire area is completely dedicated to playing, entertainment and sports and aimed at the fun of the family. In Roseto degli Abruzzi you will find a medical service for emergencies and the civil hospital is located in Giulianova. Small in size, big in hospitality and organisation, we will satisfy your desire for peace, tranquillity and fun. Eurcamping's priority is to offer its guests a holiday full of emotions, relaxation and fun, as well as to ensure ecological operations on its campsite, as testified by the Green Kit for the sustainability of our energy sources. Furthermore, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications attest to our compliance with the current guidelines for environmental management systems. Eurcamping also observes the governmental guidelines for hygiene and health prevention, proved by another important certificate: Legionella Free, which guarantees safety and prevention thanks to 100% biodegradable biocides that eliminate the risk of intoxication from legionnaires' disease. Eurcamping has always shown its dedication to the protection of green spaces. We are taking responsibility for keeping our areas safe and clean to make your holiday a peaceful and healthy experience. We celebrated an important anniversary in 2017: 50 years in business, which means we have managed to combine continuity with innovation! An anniversary and also symbol of quality and reliability, achieved thanks to the inherited temperament of the Eurcamping founders Mario, Agostino, Matteo and Angelo from Barghe, a small town near Brescia, and the progenitors of an important name here in Abruzzo: the Soardi family. The amenities available on-site will guarantee you a pleasant stay: Bocce (Italian Bowls), beach volleyball, tennis, 5-a-side football, an outdoor fitness trail, entertainment for both kids and adults, mini club and sports challenges. There’s also an outdoor pool and a fully equipped Green Beach on the camping site as well as a private sandy and pebble beach located in front of the site. All of them are supervised by qualified lifeguards. Our guests are free to use their own equipment on the beach outside and beach towels on the popular Green Beach. Not forgetting our restaurant and pizzeria offering traditional Mediterranean specialities and homemade pasta. An ideal starting point for excursions into the mountains and nature reserves in direct contact with nature: Abruzzo National Park, Maiella National Park, Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park, Sirente-Velino Regional Park, Calanchi d'Atri Nature Reserve, Borsacchio Nature Reserve, Monte Genzana-Alto Gizio Nature Reserve, Zompo lo Schioppo Nature Reserve and Punta Aderci Nature Reserve. There are lots of churches, abbeys, hermitages and sanctuaries to visit: the sanctuary of San Gabriele located at the foot of Gran Sasso, the sanctuary of Volto Santo in Manoppello, the abbey of Santa Maria di Propezzano in Morro D’Oro, the abbey of San Clemente al Vomano and the hermitage of Santo Spirito in Majella. If you are interested in visiting ancient villages, medieval fortresses or local artisans we recommend a trip to Montepagano, Atri and the so-called “painted towns”: Casoli di Atri, a small town where art covers every wall and Azzinano di Tossicia, where murals tell the story of old games. Furthermore, the town of Castelli and its well-known ceramic production, the ancient fortress of Civitella del Tronto and the medieval town of Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio.

Very well run campsite, well organised. Right on a beautiful beach with bike paths for miles in each direction. Huge pool, excellent sanitaire, good restaurant and a supermarket. Very good grass pitches. We were so happy to find this place! We came for one night and stayed 4. Lots to see around.

Perfect holiday with toddler

Reviewed By ciaramcwilliams22

First time staying in campsite and had an idea of perfect holiday with toddler in tow and this lived up to expectations . Bungalow was well design , good AC, had everything you needed right down to tea towels . Its the small details that make a holiday go smoothly . The beach is on door step and as its a mature site the sandpark was shaded part of the day which was perfect for keeping children out of the sun all day . All facilities including pool are immaculate and staff are lovely and cant do enough to help you . From highly attentive lifeguard who not only managed safety , but I watched him go above and beyond to try and help teach numerous children water skills. Everyone we encountered was so helpful . lots of restaurants within walking distance and snack bar on site . we will 100% be back . holidays are very personal experiences and expectations but for us , its was 100% perfect

Camping Lacona

The Lacona Camping is located on the southern coast of Elba, at the base of the Capostella promontory just a few kilometres from the port of Portoferraio. Nestled under the shade cast by the eucalyptus trees and the Mediterranean scrub, the Lacona Camping covers a surface of 28,000 sq. m. and is 100 m. from the pebble beach of Margidore and 400 m. from the sandy beach of Lacona. The Lacona beach is a long sandy shore that stretches for more than 1 km. and is characterized by magnificent dunes of fine sand and many tourist services, thanks to which you can enjoy a number of water sports. The beach opens in toward the gulf of the same name, formed by the two verdant peninsulas of Capo Stella and Capo Fonza. Further out, the sand is replaced by a bed of rocks and Poseidonia, ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving. The beautiful beach is well sheltered from the currents, especially to the East and can be easily reached from all sides. On a clear day tou can enjoy the view of the island of Montecristo. Margidore beach is located at the foot of the Capo Stella promontory and is formed mainly by smooth, dark, medium pebbles. It is an area protected from the Stella Gulf and is long and spacious, quiet and never too crowded. The presence of the nearby sandy beach of Lacona makes the stay on this shore even more peaceful. A crane available for towing small and medium boats, which can find shelter and dock in the tiny marina located to the right of the beach. From here you admire the beautiful foreshortening of Capoliveri.

Very quiet camping

Reviewed By Fiore F

It is a lovely and clean campsite. We stayed in the bungalow which we liked a lot. You get all kitchen suppliers, fridge and the cooker. The bungalow is rather small but comfortable enough to enjoy the stay. Lacona Camping is more for families with children or people who look for a quiet place. If you prefer nightlife, this is not a place for you. It would be useful if you had a car to be able to go out for dinners as there are no nice restaurants around.

The facilities here are simple yet have everything you would need. Danilo and his brother were both very accommodating and helpful when we stayed. Would definitely recommend staying here for at least three days.

Stunning campsite with great facilities!

Reviewed By Matt E

Absolutely lovely campsite with fantastic facilities, including a quaint bar area around reception to hang out in in the evenings! A nice touch to include electricity as standard but just remember to bring an adaptor - if you forget like I did they sell them in town, which is only a 5 minute walk away from the campsite. The pitches are very well sheltered and despite the threat of thunderstorms, I felt that my tent would be absolutely fine in the area. The ground is quite dry so a mallet is recommended, but again if you forget like I did there are rocks scattered around that also do the trick. The staff were incredibly friendly and I noticed they were proficient in multiple languages, so communication is no issue whatsoever. They also gave excellent tourist information, so if you're at a pass as to what to do in the area feel free to ask; thanks to Elena I had a wonderful day in Genova! Grazie mille camping Villa Doria for 3 fantastic nights :D
