My 3 nights stay at the Midland Tourist Park was Amazing and Inspirational. The cabin was clean and fully contained. Loved the homely soft touches, flower arrangements, colour scheme throughout. Beds was comfortable. Quiet n peaceful stay. I am a artist and there was a area where I could do some of my paintings also. Friendly helpful staff and Management. Even others staying at the park were friendly. I Fully recommend this Caravan Park when staying in Perth. Ohh, it's also pet friendly.

We stayed recently with a few friends. Most of us in cabins. The resort presents well ,particulary the cafe and pool area. The food and coffee at the cafe were fantastic. However, I was very surprised with how dirty our cabin was. The floor was covered in a film of black dust and grit. The kitchen cupboards were dirty through out with splashes of old soft drink and food stuck to the doors. The fridge also had food stuck to the sides of the shelves . There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the bathroom draws had hair and spilt shampoo/liquids. Just thinking in these current times, I would of expected a higher level of cleaning. Maintenance wise, there was a hole which appeared to be from a punch on the bathroom door . May bring our camping gear next time instead as the grassed sites looked beautiful.

Just 13 minutes from the charm and bustle of Fremantle is one of our most popular holiday parks, Discovery Parks – Woodman Point (formerly Woodman Point Holiday Park). Our comfortable accommodation is ideal after a long day exploring the endless delights of ‘Freo’. Here’s your top five things to do in Fremantle. 1. For a touch of history, tour the Maritime Museum, Fremantle Prison or WA's oldest public building, the Roundhouse. 2. Walk the streets and admire Georgian and Victorian-era architecture. 3. Stroll through the iconic Fremantle markets. 4. Relax with coffee on the famous ‘Cappuccino Strip’. 5. Tuck into fish n’ chips at Fishing Boat Harbour.
On check in the the staff member obviously had a very difficult day and her multi tasking skills need improving. The park is well appointed but the ablution blocks need a good clean especially around the doors. The only advantage of staying here is that it is close to Fremantle .

Camped here over the long weekend. Small park. Great pool area. Right on a busy highway but the view of hills is lovely. Encountered some very grumpy permanents however who yelled at kids for riding scooters on the path or walking on communal grass, even though there are no signs saying they were not allowed in those areas. Made for a horrible experience for the kids. If it is the case that campers aren’t allowed in certain areas, would be good if staff could advise them of this upon arrival or put up signs.

We stayed in our caravan in the caravan part of the park with 5 other couples with their caravans so can only comment about our experience within that area. Check in was friendly and easy. Caravan sites were big and easy to get into. Abultion block was spotless. Best camp kitchen and campers lounge again spotless. We overlooked the open green space which was pleasant. Quiet area at night. We all enjoyed our time there and would recommend for caravaners.

My friend and I stayed at Perth Central Caravan Park for 2 weeks over Christmas. We had such a great experience here and would highly recommend. We were really sad to leave as it was such a lovely community there. The 2 bedroom cabin we stayed in was perfect for what we needed, clean, spacious and the beds were really comfy. We had everything we needed. The staff were truely amazing and so welcoming and really made our stay here special. They even brought us some Christmas decorations to hang up over Christmas and some extra cooking utensils for our Christmas roast dinner. Nick the Manager is such a legend and all the staff were so kind. The swimming pool and outdoor area is really well looked after! Great location with the river and city so close. Would 100% stay again!! Thanks so much to all the team there!!

Nestled behind the dunes of the iconic Pinky Beach, one of the most relaxed and breathtaking coastal locations in Australia, Discovery Rottnest Island is an eco-resort with a difference. As the first low impact glamping experience on Rottnest Island, we value enrichment, connection and minimal impact. Sleep (almost) under the stars in a luxury eco-tent, explore boardwalks through the sand dunes to Pinky’s Beach Club and laze by the resort pool. With sweeping views across the The Basin, and the city just visible on the horizon, you’ll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle. It is a place where you can re-imagine the great Australian family holiday, disconnect from the world, enjoy freedom, space and discover what really matters.
Great accomodation in the upgrade site with a view. Well appointed. The holiday was let down by poor staffing. The after hours telephone number was not answered. So had no hot shower or a kettle to make a cup of tea. Full English (HOT) breakfast was included. We were shuttled to the cafe at Geordie Bay where the breakfast was served cold or no toast and then only white bread. Complaints at the cafe and with management did not make any difference as breakfast was served cold every day for the 3 days we spent at Discovery. The list of complaints is compounded with poor service, lack of support and indifference generally.

We booked a deluxe cabin for a family of 2 adults and 2 children from overseas but were extremely disappointed in it for the money we paid which was over 300 AUD per night. It was holiday period and we expected to pay more but this cost was a rip off for the standard of cabin. Everything about the furnishings and utensils were poor quality and the bar b cue was not cleaned over the 2 nights we were there. The park has permanent people staying there and some cabins are near the noisy road. Definitely would not recommend this place to stay at.
