I came in to restuarant and was greeted by the manager Carlos, who was a virtuoso. He was doing everything but parking cars. The bartender Rickie was an absolute delight and had me laughing my entire stay. The food, needless to say, was amazing. I can wait to go back and I will be back.

Galliano is within easy walking distance of many hotels. It is a casual fine dining venue and generally very comfortable. It has a good wine list. We ordered a very nice Chianti, only to find out they were out of it. We were able to substitute with a very good Pinot Noir that went well with our dishes. The gumbo was flavorful and as good as any in NOLA. The blacked fish of the day was ordered by a member of our party, but when it came out and was cut into, it was not fully cooked. The server was very responsive and made good effort to correct the problem. When the correctly cooked fish arrived, it was very good. The Southern Fried Chicken with a side of red beans was also very good. While there were some difficulties, the overall experience was good and we recommend this restaurant.Hi there, thanks for taking the time to visit us and for also giving us some feedback! Mahony's Po-Boy Bar is fabulous! They offer all of your favorite Po-Boys, and many other special seafood offerings. And, they offer many tasty adult beverages. The Staff are First Class - friendly and professional. Magazine Street is a special place (just south of St. Charles Ave.) definitely worth a walk/visit - SO many nice bars and restaurants to visit. The locals all know this place - it gets busy because Mahony's is fun and offers great food. Enjoy; we sure did!

Established in 2009 in the New Orleans Warehouse District, Butcher is a butcher shop, a sandwich counter and a wine bar located next door to Cochon. Chefs Donald Link Stephen Stryjewski offer small plates, daily lunch specials and dinner entrees. Inspired
NOLA for 4 days. We ate here twice. BEST FOOD we had and we went to a lot of good places! Literally every thing we had was delicious! I can't imagine that you could go wrong with any item on the menu but we had: pastrami w/sauerkraut sandwich, hot boudin sausage, Cajun sausage, a porchetta sandwich (sadly a special and not on the regular menu but...to die for), black eyed pea chili. The drinks were great too. The space is really pleasant and, even though the seating is mostly at high tops or a the bar, its a comfortable place to be. Great service too. We didn't try Cochon (the main restaurant) this time but we definitely will when we return to New Orleans.

somewhat hesitant to call any New Orleans eatery my favorite, but this small establishment is that place...great service, delicious food, solid wine list...i've been here three times and have never been disappointed...this time around i had the blackened scallops and they were prepared to perfection! The flash-cooked caesar salad was uniquely outstanding.Thank you very much for this review, Steve. It means so much to us to be considered your favorite! We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to let us know how much you've enjoyed dining with us, and hope to have the pleasure of serving you again many more times!

The Two Chicks Cafe is somewhat difficult to find as it is located inside the building at 901 Convention Center Blvd, but we were glad we eventually found it. The "Under the Sea Omelet" was fantastic! It contained crab meat, shrimp, brie, bell pepper and green onion. The "Crab Cake Benedict "was also very tasty. Our server was friendly and efficient, and she took good care of us. The cafe is a great place to have breakfast!

We arrived to day and wanted a casual local dining experience. This restaurant was recommended by the inn keeper. It was perfect. Food was home made with the right amount of Cajun. Only thing we regret was that the dinner was so good and filling it didnât leave room for desert.

This place is delicious. The burritos at easing and the size of a small child, so you wonât be disappointed. I had the tacos, equally amazing, and a salad which was great too. Everything I ate was phenomenal , even the chips and guac. Go here.

Commander's Palace welcomes everyone but we do have a dress code. It's a festive atmosphere! Shorts are never allowed. Inventive modern New Orleans cooking coexists with our Haute Creole. Sense the team's professional grace clothed in the warmth of the Br
We recently dined at Commanderâs Palace, an old favorite. We were seated in the Garden Room upstairs where we could see the live oak trees. The crowd here seemed like they were in for celebrations. Several tables had balloons. We went for the tasting menu with wine pairings. Why not! First was yellowfin tuna carpaccio with olive vinaigrette served with Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve. Excellent paring! This was followed by a couple of fried oysters with a white Rhone. Next was pan roasted fish with crab meat over white beans with tasso. That was an interesting combination. Wine was an Oregon Gamy. This was followed up by a palate cleanser of gin and cucumber. The meat course was Louisiana Wagyu Beef with a Lake County Cab. The is was the best dish of the night! Dessert was pineapple upside down cake with Tokaji, another great match! Commanderâs is an elegant place and the food can be adventurous or old standbys.
