Bad food. Probably the first bad food at Seychelles. Staff had Not clue what they had , took money for full option n served us half portion. Had the soy chicken which was note creole at all. Nor the beef curry had any flavour. It all tasted more like Chinese.

LE BISTRO - the place close to town with easy access and parking where you can eat rapidly (or not if you prefer not to :-) ) delicious Creole and French dishes at very affordable prices . Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and sweets . Open from Monday to F
Le Bistro is a very cosy restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are mostly French-speakers but they speak other languages as well and are very welcoming. The menu ha few options but whatever is on offer is definitely worth. My colleagues and I had a birthday lunch there and we had a wonderful time. The food came warm and served with a smile and we didn't even have to wait long. I ordered grilled squid in spicy sauce and a serving of steamed vegetable. The portion is a bit small but the price is right. The dessert was just fantastic and comes highly recommended- they are also very affordable.Overall it's a great place (very busy during lunch time) but it's a shame they close at 17h00. They should really consider opening unti later (say, dinner) and weekends. It's a great change from your ordinary french restaurant as it really gives you a local taste of Seychelles.

Enjoy the ultimate dining experience at Les Cocotiers Restaurant at the Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort. Dine under the stars at this al fresco restaurant and enjoy spectacular ocean views. For lunch, a casual and laid back a la carte menu awaits you w
In stark contrast to the rest of the Hilton Seychelles Northolme Hotel, the Les Cocotiers restaurant was disappointing. Unfortunately. The food was mediocre and the fish was tough. There are much better dining options in nearby hotels and restaurants in Beau Vallon. I do not like writing this as otherwise I really liked the Hilton Seychelles Northolme Hotel, but can only hope that the restaurant changes.Dear HighlanderJan,Thank you very much for your feedback on Les Cocotiers Restaurant. I am sorry to hear that your experience did not live up your expectations. It is sad that we did not get the chance to make it right to you.I will surely address your feedback with the team.Once more thank you for sharing your feedback.Kind regards,Tina WolfFood & Beverage Manager

Famous Resto Bar Located in the heart of Beau-Vallon Famous Resto-Bar is a great place to come have a drink, eat and unwind, offering happy hour specials every day from 4-7 pm. Come enjoy tasty Cocktails at the bar or satisfy all your cravings in the dini
This is a very warm place tucked in a corner very easy to miss. It's in beau vallon just before the savoy resort. Had the veg curry with rice and salad and it was splendid. They played good music too. Got to know it's a new restaurant so there was not much crowd but I am sure it will pick up once the word spreads. Must go to place if you are in town searching for good food. It's slightly on the expensive side but worth a visit. Best part they are open till 10pm.

Considering the prices in the Seychelles it was not that expensive. Service is good and food quality was great. It is well located and place looked very simple at first (considering it was not creole restaurant or inexpensive) and the food made the difference.

Overlooking the Seychelles crystal waters and Victoriaâs town centre, Marie Antoinette Restaurant is perched on St Louis Hill shrouded by lush greenery.Awarded National Monument status in 2007, the French colonial house has been lovingly restored and is the perfect location to tuck into some delicious Creole cuisine.Using local organic ingredients to prepare authentic Seychellois comfort food, diners are presented with an array of speciality dishes.Expect eggplant fritters, pickled green papaya salad, tuna steak, chicken curry, fish stew, grilled fish and more, all served with rice and intended to share.Additional dishes may be added with prior notice; lobster, octopus, prawns, and, dare I say it, fruit bat.Desserts are simple fruit salad, caramelised bananas, a selection of ice creams and sorbets, with the highlight being sweet coconut nougat.Try to arrive with some daylight remaining to wander the herb, spice and flower garden. The already mentioned views are spectacular and if you canât make it to Aldabra Atoll for the giant tortoises, there are a couple to greet you at Marie Antoinette.Find Marie Antoinette Restaurant as you climb Revolution Road from the Clocktower roundabout in Victoria, Mahé.

We ate at the Boat House twice because it is conveniently located and has a great view of the beach. The first time was fish and chips, which were not bad, but it took about 30 minutes to get our food. They were not that busy so I donât understand why it took so long to get a simple dish. We tried it again the next day because La Plage restaurant across the road was temporarily closed. This time, the food took almost 45 minutes to arrive, and when it did, the tuna steak that I ordered to be cooked rare arrived well done. I sent the tuna back even though I was famished at that point, and they brought a replacement tuna steak within 5 minutes. This one was done medium-well, so I gave up and ate it anyway. If you are looking for fast food and decent service, try one of the other restaurants in the area.

We stayed at the Savoy so used Pescado, the hotel restaurant a few times. We were pleasently surprised with the quality of the food, well prepared, well presented and delicious. The staff were very friendly and efficient and we really enjoyed our meals in Pescado. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. Fresh fish was displayed and you could pick what you wanted and how you wanted it cooked, which we thought was great.Very happy in general. A great place for a lovely meal.

I really enjoyed three fabulous service and the romantic atmosphere created by the lights on the deck and the fish swimming in droves in the ocean outside! The Criole Bouillabaisse was a superb dish! Our beach-side sanctuary providing a romantic atmosphere with wonderful views of Beau Vallon Beach, whilst serving the freshest seafood and assorted cuts from the creole inspired barbecue.
We came to eat in Eden restaurant as H resort guests. Service was so welcoming and warm. The location of the restaurant is great, as it is just by the beach and it is so romantic dining while listening to the waves. But we experienced few things that we think didnât fit the standard of the resort: We felt that the food was not that amazing and wasnât worth the prices. My fish was over cooked and dry, the side grilled vegetables were lacking flavor and some were bitter, we had ants walking on our table...It is still very important to note that service was excellent, as the chef came to our table to figure out what we didnât like in the meal, and gave us a free dessert. But we still think that the total dinner experience wasnât worth the high prices and that the restaurant could improve. The H-Resort in itself was an amazing experience and we will definitely recommend staying in the resort!!Dear netaweitz,Thank you so much for your review, your input and comments really mean a lot to us.We will definitely have a brainstorm and feedback meeting with the chef and the team and our sincere apologies as what you experienced with the food is not in line with our standards. We pride ourselves in the freshness and robustness of Eden's food and hope that we can welcome you again in the near future so that you can experience really what we are made of.I wish you a lovely day.Kind regards,Melissa
