Find out what Cafe restaurants to try in Yaroslavl. Bordered by the Kotorosl and Volga rivers, the historic city center of Yaroslavl is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The religious architecture is breathtaking and surreal, especially the emerald-domed Church of Elijah the Prophet and the gilded towers of the Assumption Cathedral. Numerous theaters, a philharmonic, a planetarium and a permanent circus round out the city’s art scene. Keep an eye on the time: Every hour on the hour, the proud namesake of the Monument to Bear statue gives a triumphant roar.

This cozy cafe is located in the historical center of the city of Yaroslavl near its symbol - a monument to Yaroslav the Wise. Here you can find delicious Georgian and European cuisine from leading chefs of Yaroslavl.
Having visited St Petersburg and Moscow and eaten in some very nice restaurants, this was our best meal so far. Great quality and tasty meals, plus excellent cocktails at great prices (Rb 250, roughly £3 each). The restaurant was stylishly furnished with a great atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely return!Thank you so much for your appreciation! Love you and wait again!

I had a breakfast here, as it is a restaurant in a hotel, I stayed in. I had a choice of about 7 breakfast. The meal was served quick and tasty. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, it is very well decorated. But there is not a lot of space inside.

We entered into this tiny restaurant simply because it was late and it was near our hotel. The welcome was both genuine and warm. We noticed an real esthetic accomplishment in the decor while keeping a folkloric atmosphere, so we made a reservation. What we didn't anticipate was the excellence of the food. Everything was clearly home made, fresh with quality ingredients. We hadn't realized that the same traditional dishes could be so significantly better: the bortsch, the pickled vegetables, the herring...and the main dishes were superb. We were five persons and not one of us had a dish that we didn't think was above average. The service was warm, discrete, and smiling. In 10 days in Russia, this has been our best experience so far. We strongly recommend it. It is quite centrally located, just off the quai on the Volga, next to St. Elijah and the museums. We are delighted to make this recommendation to other fellow travellers who know nothing about Yaroslavl and our wandering around ignorantly, as we were!

Nice place for a cup of coffee or a quick bite before you visit the sights or take a walk on the embankment. Good service, interesting interior and decent menu.We tried the Solyanka and the coffee soup, which were both good. Never tried soup with coffe before - probably not my favorite, but very interesting and quite tasty.

I was just shocked how great is this cafe, parents can calmly talk while sipping coffee with a delicious dessert while children are playing and raging in the game-rooms of full toys and soft walls))).
