We popped in for a Saturday morning brunch. Tea in tea pots with cups and saucers and milk in little bottles. Bacon sandwiches were lovely with nicely cooked bacon. We had lemon meringue cakes which were delicious.Lovely atmosphere in the cafe too.Service was very good and they now take cards.
We dropped in for a drink after a trip on the cliff railway. We had coffee and hot chocolate, which were reasonably priced and very nice. The staff were very friendly. The cafe was clean and quirky with a Harry Potter theme. The drinks were bought to our table.
We came in for a light lunch with our dog who was welcomed with biscuits. The cafe is beautiful and very atmospheric with lovely seating outside in fine weather. The red pepper and butternut soup was delicious and the tea cakes, which were on offer, smelt absolutely amazing. Thought the bread rolls could have been a bit more interesting than brown or white especially as there is such a good bakery in the town but itâs a lovely place for tea, coffee or light lunch.

Often passed by and noticed loads of bikes! Went in for breakfast this time and what a find! Good food , inexpensive and quick. Not greasy. Good strong filter coffee and even the mugs were warmed before being filled. Service with a smile and banter. Decor a little shabby and dated but can't fault the food and a large menu from which to choose.

Situated on the first floor of The Old Mill Antique Center,Olde worlde Tea rooms with large sofas, Tea served in china teapots with china cups and saucers, all food cooked to order.
We called in here as we wandered around the antiques centre. It looked really cosy and was playing some great music. it was late on a Sunday afternoon so some tables were packed away, but we sat at one of the many sofas and ordered two lattes. Fabulous little place, filled with some weird and wonderful stuff with an Alice in Wonderland theme. It was quite busy and very relaxing. The menu was vast and not too bad prices. Our lattes were only £2 each. They are free drinks if you are the name of the day too, Sundays name was Greg! I thought this was a great idea. A party had been for a mad hatters tea party and their table looked fabulous, along with dressing up hats, etc. There was a chalk wall, toys for the children and lots of board games around. We loved it, didn't stay too long as the other half would have fallen asleep! Would definitely recommend a visit.

A lovely, open, airy and clean âTeaâ Shop - very traditional, serving good locally sourced âhome madeâ food - we have had the Sausages, egg and beans on toast, and itâs been a delight - good friendly and efficient service, good value, excellent quality. Honestly, there is a Costa 30 yards away: why anyone would bypass real quality like this for corporate stuff is beyond me - please give it a try; you wonât regret it. ONLY drawback is not open until 9 (Saturday) - as early risers weâd be happy if it opened earlier!

Called in on Saturday last for a late breakfast. They do not accept any debit cards only cash! The breakfast was large enough to feed a giant. Many rashers of well cooked bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. Certainly well worth the money, We had Coffee along with the meal. All in all a very good breakfast with hard working staff.

A delightful Victorean inspired licensed tea room with a beautiful garden terrace and glorious views over the River Severn and Low Town. Serving light lunches, morning and afternoon tea seven days a week (Please note that we only use fresh ingredients del
Went in the Winding House Tea Rooms this morning, had a very nice bacon sandwich on lovely granary bread with a very good coffee. The service was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I decided to try a piece of the Lemon cake after and it was delicious! The terrace right next to the Cliff Railway is a real bonus, particularly on a gorgeous day like today. Overall iâd highly recommend The Winding House Tea Room.
