What more to say? Clean loos, seats outside as well as in. Friendly helpful staff. Not at all bad for a local bakery/ caff.
Luxfords is a friendly licenced restaurant serving freshly made food in relaxed and spacious surroundings. The restaurant is open 9.30am â3.00pm, Monday to Saturday and serves coffee, homemade cakes, hot and cold daily specials, lunches including light bi
A spacious restaurant with comfy chairs, plenty of space, waitress service and no feeling they can't wait to move you on like some national coffee chains. Had coffee and cake this time - yummy home-made carrot cake (gluten-free), but I've eaten a really nice panini for lunch here before.Pricing is good and menu simple. They have newspapers and magazines you can read and free wi-fi, so good if you're on your own too.

6 months since I ate a Sunday lunch here and review that. It's now closed for a couple of weeks until early December so I popped in for a breakfast. The full English is huge, eggs, bacon, toast, tomatoes, beans and sausage for a bargain price of £5.75 I think? I've had that a few times and it's fabulous. However this last visit I had scrambled eggs with my coffee. Not the average hotel eggs which you can slice with a knife and use to lay bricks! Lovely and light, fluffy and soft. Beautifully cooked.Served with two rounds of toast for a very reasonable £3.75.Loved them. Will I return? Absolutely definitely.

My children and i visited this afternoon and i really don't understand where some of the more negative food reviews are coming from? The quality was outstanding and the millionairs slice was to absolutely die for! 3 happy lunchers! Thank you for your lovely feedback. The team work hard to provide great food and a lovely atmosphere so we appreciate you posting your comments. We hope to see you again soon. With best wishes, TB
We had coffee and pancakes. The pancakes were delicious. Four little pancakes served with really fresh berries. A real treat. The service was friendly and very efficient. I am looking forward to returning to try more of their food as the menu looks extensive and delicious.

Oast Farm Buxted is a Fruit Farm with Farm Shop and Cafe. We source local, good quality produce and pride ourselves in giving good service and good value for money. The Farm Shop is open every day, the Cafe closes on Monday and Tuesday.
Have now visited twice and what has struck me on both occasions is the attentive and friendly service. The food, locally-sourced, is very good indeed and I also very much enjoyed my cafetierre of coffee. An attached shop also stocks the best in local produce.Though a relatively modest affair, Oast Farm demonstrates a committment to quality in all areas that other, larger, enterprises would do well to note.Thank you very much for this lovely review, itâs lovely to hear that weâre getting it right!

We dropped in here as we live locally and my daughter wanted to go to a tearooms for her 21st Birthday with her grandparents There were no sunshades on the 4 free tables outside on a very sunny hot day (Hence the tables were empty) so we went inside, we were not greeted at all by any staff but left to fend for ourselves for 5-10 minutes. We were all happy to squeeze round the table free in the tearoom window and I asked for a couple more chairs. At this point the owner appeared said there isnât room for us there and why hadnât we booked, I asked if she had any sunshades for the empty tables outside (obviously empty because of the lack of shade) she was very rude and said I am the owner and if you havenât booked I donât want you here. I was taken aback and asked if I heard her correctly speaking to a customer so rudely to which she replied yes I am the owner and I can say what a I like, I donât like groups turning up without booking. She then continued to rant and complain how people turn up at her tea room without booking. I said well we are leaving then and shall take our money elsewhere and never come back to which she replied good. If you want customer service do not go here! I have never been spoken to so rudely in front of several generations of our family. I was absolutely shocked at such rudeness. The garden centre 500yards up the road has a tea room with very friendly staff where we had lovely drinks, cakes and ice creams.

Stopped here for an early lunch and coffee and cannot fault anything!Table service, very friendly and very efficient! Ordered a cappuccino which was lovely and came very quickly then I had a brie, bacon and cranberry panini, which also arrived promptly and was perfect - plenty of brie :) and served with a few crisps and a very nice salad! The price was very reasonable too.I would highly recommend this place, it gives what many cafes lack - affordable and tasty food, with great service!

Visited yesterday for the first time and can safely say was very pleased with the food we received. Chicken liver pate with onion marmalade and rye bread with a side salad and 2 poached eggs on muffin. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes pretty generous...I ate it all. All in all a great experience and lovely ambience since theyâve extended their cafe. Well done!

Once again a truly delicious, hearty, quality breakfast! Having dined here for many years there are not many dishes we haven't tried! All just as good, but pace yourself because the portions are generous. Kevin, Lynne and Co are wonderful hosts and you are sure to have a lovely experience, whatever the occasion.
