The options seemed just what we were looking for. Ordered chicken salad and a goats cheese on toast. Nice coffee arrived. The chicken salad was so uninspiring. Loads of iceberg lettuce and very little else. Nicely cooked sliced up chicken breast. But this could have been so much better. Add in a few croutons a little pot of coleslaw or some grated carrots. It looked as though chef couldnât be bothered. The goats cheese was delicious but again looked dull. One slice of sliced granary bread with 3 slices of goats cheese melted on it with some balsamic vinegar and a small portion of âdressed salad â Hooray, and crisps. You need a lesson in presentation. We eat with our eyes before our mouths. A bit more effort wouldnât go amiss.

The Coffee Pot is situated inside a Craft, Gift, Antique and Collectables Centre. It sells homemade food from quiche, pasties, cakes to jacket potatoes and soup in the winter. Sandwiches made to order. Seating inside or outside on the terrace. Dogs welcom
We called in for tea prior to a walk in the nearby Common and Ken Hill WoodThe apricot scone was delicious, mainly because it was clearly so fresh rather than because of the small pieces of apricot through it.Tea and service good - inexpensive!Thank you for trying the Granary and our renowned scones. We do have a good reputation as they are fresh daily, if any are left at the end of the day they are given to staff or binned. All apricots are cut by hand by the staff so they don't usually get to be in small pieces and either myself or my daughter makes them so would notice this and if that was the case we would put more in. We hope to see you again, perhaps a different flavour next time.

We had a lovely afternoon tea here recently. Lovely fresh sandwiches, and a piece of cake. It was hard to choose the cake, so many were on offer. One of us had apple cake, which I can heartily recommend, I chose banana and caramel, which was too sweet for me, but delicious if you have a very sweet tooth. The staff here were very nice, I asked about busy times, and was told Saturdays were usually busy, but Sundays were slightly quieter. So next time we were in the area we decided to have afternoon tea again. On arrival the tea rooms were closed, this is a Sunday in August! On looking at the notice on the door they are closed quite a bit inthe Summer. I can very much recommend this tea room, we will definitely visit again, but please check if they are open before you travel. I am attaching photo of holiday times 2019 which may help.

Welcome to The Lavender Lounge at Norfolk Lavender. You can be sure of a warm welcome when you come and enjoy a refreshing drink - or breakfast, lunch, light bites or traditional afternoon tea. There is plenty of space in our inviting cafe and also seatin
The cafe is very popular but the food is ordinary stodge with large stolid cakes that don't deliver on taste or moistness. The sandwiches are okay and some attempt is made to please - though the trays are often sticky and dirty - but if you are as unlucky as to opt for an outdoor table, watch out for the small piles of poo on your table - no attempt is made to clean this off and, as I watched children happily picking chips and stray chicken nuggets off this surface, my heart quailed.Thank you for your review and we have taken all your feedback on board - we take great pride in our team, our service and our food and want our customers to enjoy their experience here.

Focussing on locally-grown and sourced artisan produce, Thornham Deli will showcase the very best that Norfolk has to offer in the deli cafe. The kitchen will continue to produce its own home-made jams, chutney's, cakes and savouries. The daily specials b
The food at this place is great, fatasticly presented, great little shop terrible staff. The staff in the many times I have been have never smiled, they never give you a warm welcome and are just a bunch of stroppy teenagers that clearly don't want to be there. No serviettes brought to the table with food, no menus, no sugar with the coffees and told they we were queuing at the wrong till and had to go to the one that isn't connected with the cafe to order food

A small friendly traditional cafe serving a good old fashioned English breakfast. We have a menu but welcome alterations so the customers have exactly what they want in their meal.
We visit this cafe a lot and it is always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious and hot. Never had a bad meal here. Would highly recommend this place. It does get busy in the summer months but it is definitely worth the wait. And they always accommodate 'fussy eaters'. 10/10.

One of Norfolks hiddens gems.. super store selling lots of local produce. I can recommend the coffee and fresh pastries whilst the store cooked sausage rolls and quiche are nothing short of fantastic.Welcoming staff give the store its unique feel. There is a lovely outside courtyard and further seating in the indoor cafe, which you might not notice at first, as well as a small shop selling unique and unusual gifts from recycled objects.A very pleasant sunny afternoon coffee spent here. 5 stars from me!

Open on Hunstanton High Street daily 9am-5pm. Extensive gluten-free menu.
The quickest that I have ever been served in a cafe, fast service, clean place and good delicious cake, what more could anybody ask for, well worth dropping it.

This lovely little place in Hunstanton has become a favourite of ours. No frills, just a small and friendly place to stop for coffee and a bite to eat. Friendly staff.Part of me doesn't want to share The Coffee Pot, I may not be able to get a seat next time

Having had cream teas, it was a matter of time before we tried their Sunday lunch. We booked the 2.00pm slot which was perfect for us and with the restaurant not quite full, we had a choice of tables. Despite the limited menu, the home cooking was Devine. Very well presented by the lovely Angie, who despite my best efforts refused to run away with me. Lovely food and lovely service.
