Reviews on Cafe food in Santa Rosa, California, United States. If you're into wine-tasting, a weekend in Santa Rosa is certain to be satisfying. But this region of magnificent redwoods, rolling hills and ocean vistas has a great mix of other fun pastimes as well. Located right in the center of the Sonoma County wine region, Santa Rosa is home to several vineyards with world-class wines, rich histories and beautiful surroundings. The Matanzas Creek Winery offers June and July visitors a chance to enjoy its aromatic fields of blooming lavender, but its Estate Gardens and spectacular scenery are tourist draws year-round. If golf is your passion, grab your clubs and spend a relaxing afternoon at Fountaingrove or one of the other popular courses. Young and old alike will delight in the Charles M. Schulz Museum, which chronicles the evolution and history of Snoopy and the "Peanuts" gang. With wine or without, a trip to Santa Rosa is one you'll never forget.

We originally tried to get into the Parkside cafe, and found that their accommodations for handicapped people were lacking. The only parking spot was for something the size of fiat and at that you had to wedge yourself up over a sidewalk to do it.HOWEVER the mid town was much more accommodating and had its own parking lot. Their breakfasts are great and their "benedicts" are interesting and tasty. Order some of the specials too becasue they offer different takes on old standards. THis is nice hometown spot - its not a large menu but it is a tasty one .

Good food, big portions, friendly staff. Old Wendy's location that has been nicely updated. Plenty of space and easy to hear conversations(your own tables). Great corned beef hash that is crispy and not salty. Huge salads, big sandwiches with lots of side choices. Very affordable, lots of parking and yes, you can drive by it many times on Cleveland and never notice it. Notice it and stop by you will be happy you did.

We are a small family run business located in Montgomery Village in Santa Rosa, California. We moved from Minnesota to Santa Rosa in 2009 with our three children. Emily's Kitchen serves up home made delicious food at a great price. From Pancakes to Fresh
We attended a private family Christmas party dinner for approximately 40 people.Everything was excellent. We started with passed appetizers and drinks (a selection of wine and other drinks). While we mingled they had costumed Christmas carolers singing first on the patio and then inside. We were seated for dinner at a certain point and were told to mix and meet others attending that we did not know very well. We had a great time conversing with others and then started eating our salad and soup course which was excellent. Then we were served a pork chop stuffed with polenta and blueberries. I thought it was wonderful. We ended with coffee and a choice of desserts - we chose a chocolate cake which was to die for. Before Dessert the guest of honor Santa Claus arrived and had gifts for all the younger children. The adults got to take pictures with Santa and he had plenty of time to get to talk with anyone who wanted to talk to him. We had a great time. Thank you to the staff and Matthew and Kirk for hosting such a great event!

Went here for lunch after visiting the museum. These is a table still in there where Charles Schultz had lunch as it was his favourite restaurant and his best seat. You can also watch the ice rink while you are dining. The food is fast food, but done very well. For fun try the Snoopy special that comes in a dogs bowl. Really fun.

This is a wonderful addition to downtown Santa Rosa as you can get beignets that you will remember for weeks of how awesome they are! You can order these and have a cup of their wonderful coffee and be set for the day but you will want to also make sure to order their other food as well. What a gem.

Stopped in here on our way up to Mendocino. Had the biscuits-OMG. Tried the Croqué Monsieur and the pulled pork sandwich. We were completely silent while eating this amazing food. Service was excellent. Note: they include a 20% gratuity in the bill to split with local farmers.

Stopped in for a breakfast after seeing all the glowing reviews. Todayâs special was eggs Benedict so I went with that with spinach and advocacy. 2 perfectly poached eggs on English muffin with sliced avocado and fresh spinach. The accompanying potatoes were cooked just right and very nicely seasoned. Service was fast and refills were frequent. Very satisfying meal.

In town for family issues so decided to return to our favorite breakfast place while visiting. I had been coming to Hank's while l lived in Santa Rosa since 1986...it has never been a bad experience.Service is always friendly and fast, but it does get/stay busy from opening until closing...open M-Sat 6am till 2pm, Sun 7am till 2pm. No lunch or dinner served. Never had a bad meal anytime I have eaten here in nearly thirty years. I prefer the eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, my wife is crazy about their Eggs Benedict (she says it is the best she has EVER had, and that's saying something coming from her). Pancakes, French toast, etc are just equally delectable. Coffee hot and always tasty, and your cup will never be allowed to get empty (unless you want it too). They are always my "standard" which I use to measure any other place I eat breakfast, and I have been unable to find a better breakfast place any place I have been.I whole heartedly recommend Hanks if you are in the Santa Rosa area and looking for a good, hot breakfast to get your day started!

This is one of those places that you have to wait to get in, especially on weekends, but it is well worth it. They have a special breakfast hash each day that is amazing. Just a great place to go.
