Our last day Living in Rockdale before moving to Queensland on Wednesday 23/05/18 we decided to call into Boschetto Cafe for a Full Breakfast, excellent service in a comfy cosy environment. Fast service with excellent presentation & large portion size meals with drinks. In total paid AUD $48.50 and good value. Plenty of table & chairs inside with a couple of stools outside.

Had lunch with a friend ,when we entered we werenât acknowledged until we asked a staff member where we should sit ,she waved vaguely to a few tables . Service was appalling the wait staff couldnât have been less interested !took ages for our order to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive . Even when the waiter asked who ordered what, we were given the wrong order and had both started eating before we realised we had each otherâs food . Coffee was good though lukewarm, food average . When we went to pay it took forever for someone to even take our money . Wouldnât go again .

From a previous visit we knew that Sunday breakfast time was a busy choice. Put down our names and waited approx 20 mins but were rewarded with a delicious taste experience. The menu is varied, coffee is excellent, the staff friendly and the vibe is great. Just need to be aware that there are long waits (a) to get a table (and there's no rain shelter for those in the queue) and (b) for food/coffee - are part of the experience.

Busy restaurant with a great atmosphere, staff here were friendly yet professional. My husband and I both enjoyed the classic breakfast, would recommenced adding avocado to complete the dish. Coffee was lovely too, we asked for strong cap and it was perfect. Great job guys, see you next time.

Delightful flavours and freshness...had the corn fritters recently which were to die for. Has a great vibe, friendly staff, amazing coffee and I look forward to working my way though the entire menu! Well done guys. Oh, and I'm enjoying my jar of Coney Island Sauce on homemade burgers etc.

Me and a friend were recently cancelled on a flight to Melbourne and our layover in Sydney turned into two nights. Staying at Brighton beach we chose a random restaurant and it was an excellent choice !The staff were great, specific shout out to the manager who was charming and funny. Food was absolutely delicious. Their euro chips were fantastic with their special sauce and herbs. We then shared the chilli prawn linguini and the burnt butter pumpkin gnocchi, both of which were fantastic so if you go order them. Their bottle of Shiraz was excellent as was the baileys hot chocolate (called teddy bear on the menu). We were very happy here and spent over three hours talking and eating I recommend 100%
Middle eastern with a Greek twist, very fresh food, great coffee and excellent customer service. Menu suits all dietary types and the sweets are all homemade.

We dropped in for brunch after reading the reviews here.I had the haloumi stack which was cooked mushrooms, spinach, roasted tomato, eggplant & haloumi with balsamic glaze. It was extremely generous in size and quite delicious. Hubby had the babel breakfast which again was also delicious & generous. The coffee was excellent. So much so that hubby enjoyed 2. Service was very good too. I would have given an excellent review but didn't because I got a "dirty" feel for the place. The displays in the windows really needed a good clean. So did the windows themselves on the display and fridges need cleaning as do the floors in this place and the kitchen area which is in view. Perhaps instead of just standing around waiting for the next customer to come in, the staff can clean up the place a bit. Otherwise, very nice food.

My daughter, who has never had an occasion to attend St George hospital, has been here and recommended it. Having to go to the hospital, I decided to take the short walk down the highway. It is really good. Delicious and healthy food, a comparatively small but varied menu with a too tempting display of something sweet to eat. We enjoyed our meals, although on a hot day we decided against coffee and had something cold, a smoothie and milkshake. We were both disappointed with these. My banana smoothie was made with syrup instead of the real thing. So, have the coffee.
