Local family run Cafe. Up to date Cafe with traditional values and cuisine. we focus on serving great coffee and breakfast
This cafe does not cater very well for coeliacs at all. Despite having gluten free bread listed on the menu as an option they do not have the ability to cook separate to normal bread (which for me completely defeats the purpose of even offering GF bread!!! - seriously, how hard is it to buy a $20 toaster). I would have reviewed 1-star only that the veg brekkie is actually pretty good without the toast.

Delicious! Delightful service great atmosphere and delectable coffee. Toastie was the best. Favorite spot for coffee and a smile in Windsor We love a great toastie too. Thank you for the kind words and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Fast and friendly. Very busy Sunday breakfast and a bit noisy. The food was basic but excellent and our servers very attentive even though the place was full. Recommend for a weekend stop at breakfast time.

I visited Crazies Cafe for brunch on a Wednesday. The cafe was clean and decorated very nicely, with seating both indoor and outdoor. I ordered the Crazies Big breakfast and my fiend the chicken schnitzel on sourdough, with an orange juice and coffee to drink. In total it cost $42.20.The food looked very nice and the big breakfast was presented very nicely on a wooden board. The food however tasted very average with the scrabbled eggs being oily, the baked beans only luke warm and the hash browns tasting of old oil. Whilst the staff were friendly I donât think I will be back.
Visited for lunch for a catch-up with a friend. Started with drinks ( both nice) then lunch. Newish place , bright , clean lines. PLENTY of staff, lovely outside area close to kids place equipment..Lunch was a vegan burger and a Thai chicken dish. The chicken was delicious apparently and the burger nice, but could have done with abit of zing. Nice skinny chips, efficient service. Would go again, perhaps earlier to catch the breaky.
The Second Home Cafe is a premium cafe with a wide range of coffees, fresh food & fresh juices. We are well known for coffees, breakfast options, burgers, salads and our vegan food. We also serve the popular Coffee in Cone.
This newly-renovated cafe in the Main Street of Richmond has been going for a couple of months, and looks very inviting from the street. My husband and I decided to give it a go for lunch today. Weâre locals, and knew it as The Right Bite for years. Itâs a long room with a nice courtyard out the back. At 11:30 on a Saturday morning it was quite busy, with a very nice ambience, friendly waitstaff and a detailed menu with interesting choices. We ordered coffees, plus a prawn bruschetta and a half-serve of Turkish bread and vegemite. The coffees ($4) came out fairly quickly. Mine was great, with a proper crema, good flavour and decently hot. His was average, weak, and a thin, white crema. Weird, as there was only one barista. There was then a long delay (25 minutes) before the food came out. Too long, for a bit of toast and bruschetta. The bruschetta ($18), was really good. Six prawns, tomato, Spanish onion and avocado on excellent seeded bread. Turkish vegemite toast ($3) was yummy. At the register, they listed the coffees at $4.50 before I picked up their mistake. We were given a free coffee card for next time - a nice touch. Overall, thereâs room for improvement here. The main boxes are ticked: good food, well-priced, nice staff, pleasant room. This business is in a strip bristling with cafes, and competition is strong. We are rusted-on aficionados at Cafe Relish, a few doors down, but plan to give Second Home a Second Try!! Hi Julie,Thank you so much for reviewing us and for your kind words. We are very happy to know that you liked our food ,coffee and cafe. Looking forward to serve you again!

Dropped in on Friday for quick coffee and frittata. It's a cute little place with a nice outdoor seated area. We ordered some coffees and two frittatas and a potato bake. Our coffees come out after 15 mins and they are nice. Our food comes out another 15 mins. The cafe was not busy and their food is reheated in a microwave, not sure why it took so long. Once the food arrives, it's all wrong, 3 plates of vege bake. We wait another 10 mins for the correct order. Frittatas were too oily but the potato and bacon bake was nice. This place has so much potential and with some good management and waitstaff it could be awesome. I will try this place again, maybe they were having an off day.

My apologies if Ugly Mug Mt Tomah not related to Ugly Mug Richmond. If I learn it is unrelated I will delete this review. Only had coffee, so cant comment on the food. I was desperate for coffee after an early morning exploration of Mt Wilson & this seemed only option. Unfortunately the quality of the coffee was terrible. Overheated milk & bland bad tasting coffee. When desperate for caffeine it has to be pretty bad coffee for me not to finish the cup, but thats what happened. Honestly I have had better instant coffee than this. Would go without coffee rather than try this place again
